HP has a decent design as far as their laptop. But everything else really suck. I have supported hp laptops at work and also dealt with at home, and every time I find something wrong with them or stuff do not work. I will not buy HP Laptop ever!

We use Xerox in our company general printer. Xerox has really good customer server and technician are very knowledgeable.

Needs to improve: Expensive parts
Dell has an exceptional customer service and tech support. They help me with all the issues I have from previous to current computers that I owned.
Strengths: Dell strengths are their ease of use on computer software drivers and recovery.
Needs to improve: Product design
Amazon has exceptional customer service and wide verity of products. If you're looking for something and can't find it in your local store? I'm sure Amazon Giant has it!
Strengths: Amazon has it all. The product choices and vendor and phenomenal! On time shipping with amazon prime is a genius.
Needs to improve: Some vendors has slow responds on returned products.
Fry's is always on top of my choices when it comes to electronics. The knowledge and service they provided are very high. From price match to return policy price has their customer covered.
Strengths: Every single component you need fry's has it. Exceptional customer service.
Needs to improve: Need more stores in my area.
Lots of room to improve their customer service support. I have not talk to any of their product sales rep, so not sure about how their customer service on that end.
Strengths: Clearly Microsoft software has their ups and downs, but I have been using Microsoft OS\server and Office since the early days. I maybe used to the product, but the ease of use and the online resource for any issue is everywhere.
Needs to improve: The only weakness I found out with Microsoft is their customer service. They have tons of channels\dept\experts on every software. So if you happen to have a complex issue you might be going in rounds on every department until you find the right support. Kind of ridiculous actually.
