Strengths: Our company used Power Designs for creating circuit boards. The boards were accurate and it worked well for our products.

Needs to improve: Power design services had a slow turn around time. But their customer service was amazing.

Strengths: Our company is always looking for electronic parts for our medical devices. Flexible circuit provided us with what we needed and were still able to remain proprietary about our products.

Needs to improve: FCT made it difficult to describe what we needed since they do not have a manual of parts.

Devcon sent 3 guys out to make the estimate as quick as possible and sent a detailed quote within 48 hours. It was pleasant and easy to work with Devcon.

Strengths: Our company needed Devcon to help us determine the cost for construction of a new wing for our office from ground up and they were quick with estimates and very professional.

Needs to improve: They are very booked, and it was hard to get an appointment fast, but they did their best.

Overall, Secant was able to do what I asked for and i am happy with the results.

Strengths: Our company used Secant to help with assembly of our medical devices. They helped with drawings and installation instrcutions which helped drop our production time by 25%.

Needs to improve: Communication was not the easiest, but once everything was set, it was easy.

Overall, i am happy with coorstek and their products. order submission was slower than expected, but once submitted, fast shipping.

Strengths: Our company needed Coorstek to supply us with a special tool we could not find elsewhere. THey had it and it was fairly priced and shipped fast!

Needs to improve: Reponse time with order was slow, but shipping was fast once all submitted.

Overall, I am happy with their service. Fast turn around time even though i needed to send in the product.

Strengths: Our company used ASC to supply our products with capacitors. We need very specific ones and they made it simple for us to order without having to browse ourself.

Needs to improve: They couldnt figure out the capacitors with pictures and required the product sent in, but it was accurate with their expertise.

I am happy with Suntech even though I had to pay a premium for it.

Strengths: Our company needed a vent for production and SUntech Medical had exactly what we needed with fast shipping and easy to install instrucitons.

Needs to improve: Price was not the best, but they had the products and shipped fast and made it very simple.

They went above to help find the right product when i couldn't find it myself.

Strengths: Our company used Applied Mechatronics to supply us with internal wiring for our products that were not offered anywhere else. This helped expedite our production due to their great selection.

Needs to improve: It was initially hard to search their inventory due to a poor system of inventory.

They really went above and beyond with helping me decide on the coating when I was stuck due to their many options. I am very happy with my final choice.

Strengths: Our company used IBC coatings to advise us on the best coating for our products and finish on the devices. They had great selection and advice without the cost of the design project.

Needs to improve: Although their selection was huge, a bit too much options can make it difficult to make the right choice.

Lake region went above and beyond on their analysis.

Strengths: Our company used Lake Region to test our medical devices for production. They were easy going and made the process simple with shipping the receiving.

Needs to improve: The shipping there and back was a bit long, but overall the process was great.

Overall, I would recommend and come back again. They were attentive of my needs and explained everything in great details. I am very satisfied of the quality and installation.

Strengths: Our company used finer floors for our office remodeling. They gave us numerous samples and explained in great detailed of what each hardwood floor is good for. They were patient, friendly and helpful.

Needs to improve: The installation took longer than I expected but they finished on time.

Sprig was quick to come out to give us an accurate and low price quote with many options.

Strengths: Our company was looking for a company to estimate cost for solar system install and sprig gave us the best price and options. We will use them for our future plans in building a solar panel.

Needs to improve: Great service, no improvements needed at this point.

Western provided great attention to our hvac system and set up and was able to add to the existing system.

Strengths: Our company used Western for our HVAC system in a reconstruction of one of our back offices. They were on time and did a great job at a great price. HVAC runs great now.

Needs to improve: It was hard communicating via phone because always on hold, but overall great service.

They had great service other than turn around time was a bit slow. No issues with the order and we got what we asked for.

Strengths: My company used Central coating to coat some medical device prototypes. Great coating services and exactly what we asked for!

Needs to improve: Their turn around time is a bit lagging, but great quality.

Strengths: My company ordered our first batch to use it to clean our medical devices and it worked great. Low chemical smells and does not irritate my staff's eyes and nose.

Needs to improve: Not very many, the shipping may be a bit pricey but i think if ordered in bulk, it can be cheaper.
