I develop apps as a side business and rely on my iPhone as a test mule as well as personal/business phone. The iPhone may not be the fastest anymore or the most powerful, but it works and its popular and for an app developer that is good for business.

Strengths: The Iphone App Store

Needs to improve: None

Access to Apple products has been simple and consistent. Whether from their website, an Apple Store, or a third party, quality is apparent.

Strengths: Consistent, high quality products with similar UI. Simple, elegant packaging and design. Increasing compatability with third party peripheral makers

Needs to improve: Price, still a closed-source OS platform, higher priced that alternatives, expensive support options.

All around an awesome product.

Strengths: I have used apple computers for a long time now and I wouldn't choose any other brand ,the speed USA awesome and all the extras ,I use this laptop in everyday use and I always look forward to upgrading the next apple product.

In our facility we use iPads throughout the day and they work great very durable and high quality,they work fast and make our job easier everyday.we will definitely recommend them without a doubt .Thanks Apple for your great iPads .

Great phone! I can do just about anything, I live through my phone. It's up to date and always looks fresh and new.

I use all Apple products personally and in my industry. We frequently order Apple products, particularly iPads, to use in treatment for documentation and client/patient use for a variety of diagnoses. It has become a great asset in productivity and client motivation for treatment.

My itouch needed repair because the phone jack plug became loose. Called costumer service repair and they sent me a box to ship it in for repairs...I got my itouch back in couple weeks....Happy with the service..

Agents and technicians use the Apple IPad on a daily basis in our company for communication and sending remote signals. Majority of the time the equipment is very reliable, but there are a few glitches when using remote functions.

Apple supplies our corporate smart phones. These are high quality and very reliable devices. The sales reps down to manager level receives the option for corporate phoones. These are great tools for the reps especially. Email and many apps to make productivity easier.

this phone is so easy to use and with applecare, you are ensured to continue to have a good experience using the product (for a price!)

if you drop your phone a lot, i'd suggest applecare plus.

love apple products have a lot of them and love them for the most part i wish i could personalize the products more but overall great products and very user friendly.

I used a macbook air at home and a macbook pro at work. Both are great computers, there are a few programs that are intended for windows only that I use but there are workarounds for that.

Apple is very useful for work related everyday uses examples like day planning, keeping files on your icloud for easy excess

Use iPhones for corporate communications. Able to browse the web and view documents very easily. Phone reception is not as good as the old Blackberry's but the consumers have spoken and the Blackberry is out

Strengths: Fantastic design within each product, hardware and software. Music, photos, smartphones, computers, laptops, tv, etc. Outstanding in every category.

We now use Apple computers, iPads and iPhones for all aspects of our business including time clocks, financial software, and networking our locations together.

good quality products. i use a iphone for work and has performed well and held up well (no cracked screen yet, cross my finger). as everyone probably agrees, a bit more expensive than the competitors, but good quality.
