They managers and upper management use apple IPhones and apple macs and they say that they run great! They let us bring our IPODs into work on fridays to listen to music while we work. Crisp clear sound and holds lots of music and videos

Strengths: Apple is a great company. They have the Iphones as well as Ipod touches and also computers! They are top of the line good!! you could not find a better product anywhere.

Needs to improve: maybe lower the price on your products

Currently, Apple has not solved the pdf viewing problem on the iPhone and iPad.

Strengths: We use the iPad product in the field for quick email access, document and plan sheet access out in the field. So far it's a great product.

Needs to improve: After two years of use, the product is unable to the job and need to be replaced. Also, the pdf viewer doesn't work all the time and is very annoying for document viewing and exchange.

Amazing service and continued support after a purchase. Ability to go to the Apple store when having issues is always a great experience. Most of the employees are tasked to try to help with the lowest cost option. It is the initial investment that can be a little bit of sticker shock.

Strengths: Quality and speed of the computer and phone. Excellent systems, amazing reliability.

Needs to improve: Sometimes software incompatibility, price, difficulty in using Outlook when all others use Windows.

Overall Apple is a very high quality product and is very helpful for my business.

Needs to improve: I think that Apple is a little high priced. I love the product but other softwares like this is less then Apple.

I wish all computers were apple based. We use both Apple and PC at work and the Apples are better at doing some things compared to the PC and vice versa. While you can always run windows on your apple machine with parallels or boot camp, we still need to have dedicated PC machines at the workplace.

If you don't mind paying the price, Apple makes great products.

Strengths: Apple has some of the best designed products on the market. The Mac is well designed, but may not be the best for business use unless you run Windows in a separate boot set up. The iPad and iPhone are becoming very popular for business apps.

Needs to improve: You have to pay for such great designs. Many business and data acquisition software are not supported on the Mac.

Apple has the best computers with the least amount of issues. If there is a issue their customer service team is professional and very knowledgeable. Sometimes having to make an appointment to talk to a customer service person is sometimes an issue but they know how to fix the problem without transferring to other agents. Great job Apple

The employees at the Apple store are very smart and knowledgeable of all devices. I've had problems with saving items and they've always been very helpful. Free and great service!

Strengths: Very sleek and modern computers, laptops and electronic devices. I use my MacBook Air for days I work from home and for traveling purposes. These laptops turn on quickly, are fast and very light weight which make it convenient when traveling for work.

Needs to improve: No complaints.

My firm has always loved getting strictly apple products!! Only once have I had a problem with my iphone having a broken sound button. I simply brought it into my local apple store and they helped me right away! Free of charge since it was still under warranty!! Always very helpful to me!

Exceptional service - I regularly visit the Apple store when I have questions. There representatives are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have not had any issues with hardware that I have bought from Apple.

Strengths: Apple products are intuitive and cutting edge for your computing needs! I type this on my mac book pro and also like their mobile products like the iphone and ipad.

Needs to improve: There products are expensive.

We primarily use PCs, however many of our VPs and other executives have opted for iMacs and very much enjoy the interface. Another advantage is that they rarely have problems with viruses and the like. I personally enjoy my iPhone 5s and would definitely consider an Apple product for my next laptop purchase.

Some execs and employees insist on using apple products and our company accommodates them. Hardware is unbeatable, only thing that comes close is the thinkpad line which has gone down in quality. Apple systems may not be fully compatible with many existing systems and formats, so additional work may be required.

I have used Apple products professionally and personally with a lot off success. The versatility and expansive offering of apps for the iPad make it an ideal tool for interfacing with customers as it enables you to share drawings, models, and concepts while documenting feedback, VOC, etc.

Apple products are very great. They provide quality products which our company is satisfied with the smartphones and computers that they made. Apple products are durable. The price is very reasonable when it comes to durability and quality of product. Very nice program and design of the phones and computers.

I love, love, love Apple everything. Sleek design, non-stop innovation... Truly a one of a kind company that has made all the difference in the world. Apple truly has the best, hard-working people and I'm inspired by everything they do.

Since they have control over the hardware and software, when both items are used in conjunction, Apple products are great. If you try to introduce anything outside, then it may not work as well. SolidWorks is spotty at best on a Mac.

We use macbook airs in the office due to all the travel, and they are great laptops to travel with. Since they are light and the battery life is long.
