Apple provides very good customer service anytime we have problems/questions regarding their products and need technical support...

Strengths: Provides very graphic, clear pictures, and lots of applications to be used for work.

Needs to improve: Too expensive... Should be more reasonable price to affort to buy..

My experience with apple so far has been very positive. They are always very helpful if I ever have any issues and stand by their product.

Strengths: Cutting Edge technology, customer service, knowledgable staff, great apps.

Needs to improve: none that I can think of

Strengths: Tablets have great security options to prevent my employees for using the tablets for anything other then I specify. My 300+ employees were not very happy to find out the tablets can only be used for what I specify.

Needs to improve: Price, Price, Price

i have their tablets, but the phones, i prefer not to use.

Needs to improve: the price is high, the software is lacking, and the ability to "tinker" is not there

I finally caved and got an iPhone. Now I have an iPad and an Apple TV. I hate that I like these products, but everyone has them and it makes it simple.

Needs to improve: Lacks custom capabilities.

Overall great and trendy product (iPad)

Strengths: The iPad is very convenient and portable when walking around our huge facility to take notes. Our facilities managers uses this to do so.

Needs to improve: Not as compatible as an Android or Windows based PC.

At the office we have a couple apple computers that we can use, they are very good quality and user friendly after getting used to.

Strengths: Very resistant to viruses and hackers.

Needs to improve: Not near as applicable as Microsoft.

I love Apple products and their ability to outlast all competitors.

Needs to improve: Very expensive if you are not committing to a contract.

I have have a great experience with apple and am mever dissapointed.

I use to have an iPhone. I bought it at a discounted price through my work. I got a pretty good deal. Very easy to navigate. Well worth it!

I use an Ipad at work for meetings and also have an Iphone for work. I am very happy with the functionality of their products.

While you can always run windows on your apple machine with parallels or boot camp, we still need to have dedicated PC machines at the workplace.
