Most of our R&D product development is done in-house, but on the rare occasion that it is outsourced, I have used Phillips-Medisize. They offer excellent product visualization to commercialization management services. One reason they are able to perform these services is due to the numerous branches of medical device development they are involved in. I have also used them for silicone molded parts and over molding with assembly. My parts always arrive in time and in budget. I would recommend Phillips-Medisize for product development services and molded parts assembly.

We produce medical tubing, high-performance communication cables, and other important extruded products. Producing any medical tubing product with an “out-of-tolerance” diameter or roundness, often down to ten-thousandths of an inch, affects the performance of life-critical devices such as catheters, drug delivery and surgical tubing, and other medical devices.To ensure we meet the design and quality of our product we use four axis and ovality measurement in the production department to measure its diameter and ovality.

Soldering quality vary depending on tip geometry thats why we look for a vendor that can meet our needs in terms of board thickness, temperature, flux type, solder type, and soldering technique, Metcal have it all,it has extending tip life applicable to tip geometry even in desoldering and rework that we always performed.we are not woried in our health because Metcal has a fume extraction to remove all the toxic solder fumes.

we are using torque tester to ensure that proper torque is being applied and maintains gauge requirements.We also use also EZ-TorQ digital torque tester for small hand tools & non-impacting power tools. The size and portability of the torque tester help us for checking torque tools on production floor daily to ensure the tools aren't falling out of calibration.

We use CI Medical for printing, marking and labeling on catheters, tubing and other components that needs a high quality printing They have latest technology for this services that we use.
