AT&T Wireless

I have had AT&T for over 10 years and have very little complaints about them Being that I use my phone for work a lot i need to have a reliable service and wide service area. AT&T has both. The prices are reasonable and the customer is very good.

Our company is using At&T for very long time. We are trusting this company because of its best plans and quality phones. The customer service is also good and they are very accountable for what they have. We are very satisfied with AT&T.

I use At&t wireless for personal and professional use. They do offer corporate discounts and have many local retailers that provide decent service. Phone coverage could be better as I do experience dropped calls from time to time.

Constantly getting drop calls. I switched from Sprint to AT&T and never got any huge benefits for making the switch

My company uses AT&T for many of our executives business lines. We have a great relationship with the company & they continue to provide wonderful service on a daily basis.

Strengths: Great Cell reception, wonderful customer service, great pricing for bulk orders

Needs to improve: Sometimes calls drop

I have had them before and the service and coverage is okay, but the price is very much unwanted.

Strengths: All of my technicians out on the field are provided with AT&T Cell phones. I have always been able to get through to my employees when needed ajd have not had any complaints about the service from my employees

Although they claim to be adding more towers, their service is too unreliable to use for the company.

Ive been with att for years. Still have unlimited data on my phone. Never had a problem with dropped calls or bad service. Always been good to me

Our company use AT&T as a telephone and internet provider. The internet speed was a problem, now they did much better job to provided high speed internet. Wireless is great.

Strengths: wide variety of cell phones and options that you can have for your phone. It is a great service and very reliable. It works all over the United States and the battery is super.

we moved on to Comcast Xinfinity and their service is top of the line in quality and super reliable.

Great and affordable smart phones at reasonable prices

Overall its pretty solid provider with great corporate discounts. Only issue coverage is spotty in certain locations.
