Corpus Medical

We have rented space in the smallest CER a couple of times. The room was clean, and secure (our space was not disturbed over the course of numerous days and nights). We also made use of the Corpus pouch sealer, and had Clay and his team run a seal validation for us. Overall, it met all of our needs and was much cheaper and easier than installing our own small CER. We have also made use of their 3D printer - they can quickly produce high quality prototypes.

I was and always am pleased with the way Corpus Medical handles business. Always very professional, know a lot about their products and are even willing to help once you have purchased items and left the store. They are dedicated to satisfying their customers and always on top of things. So far I haven't had any issues here and I would recommend their services as well as their products. We normally purchase surgical tools along with catheters for our medical facility.

corpus medical is a solid contract manufacturer and component provider. they are well versed in catheter and balloon assembly processes. they also provide 3d printing capabilities for rapid prototyping. they understand the start up needs and are willing to rent out cer space, although bringing in your own team can get pricey since they want to steer you towards contract manufacturing and using their own personnel.

We contracted Corpus Medical for their components in our assembly line of medical devices. All of their components are high quality and reliable. The components were installed easily into our assembly line and we were able to modify them if we needed to. Customer service was outstanding at Corpus. They were knowledgeable about all their products. They provided accurate quotes, realistic lead times and competitive pricing. We couldn't be happier with our service from them. We will continue to order from them and refer to others.

We have used Corpus for their clean room services when ours is too impacted with various projects. We used their facilities to assemble our products. They gave us friendly advice on manufacturing and engineering support to ensure we meet all standards and quality control objectives. They have also provided use with various prototype models that we had in mind. They are awesome and only use the best of the best equipment. It shows as and works as a model for us, quality isn't cheap, cheap isn't quality.

We have rented clean room space from them in the past for some prototype design testing. They provide company's who really don't have the clean room space in their facilities the ability to utilize clean room services. They do an exceptional job at getting you set up and properly trained on the proper way to use the rooms.

Their engineers have also provided manufacturing engineering support to ensure compliance to all quality system requirements.

Additionally, they have been exceptional at providing capabilities in rapid prototyping with their SLA resources. An extremely high end/quality equipment that has provided excellent results in our prototypes at a fraction of the cost of traditional machining methods

We order our catheters from them on a regular. They are a local Bay Area company that can cater to your catheter needs. We are a dialysis machine manufacturer and we usually supply our clinics with the appropriate catheter sets needed for treatment. Corpus has done a great job manufacturing our product. Brice and Clay worked with us to help develop our assembly process. They have a solid quality system. In addition to assembling our final product they also manufacture some of our sub-assemblies. Corpus has always been extremely responsive to our requests and have always worked with us to achieve our time lines.
