Ever since I started working in our company, I noticed that DELL is the only brand of equipment that our company is using. I am now working there for more than 10 yrs and yet we are still using the same brand. The trust that we have for DELL is irreplaceable. The Customer Service will provide anything you ask and inquire.

Dell Inc had been the most trusted vendors of computer products of our company. Their
website are truly reliable. informative and very helpful to consumers. Drivers are easy to download and install. Their products are truly durable and the quality is truly amazing. Functionalities of product are incredible. Customer service is great.

Needs to improve: Nothing at all

Ordered dozen of laptop and desktop computers for commercial business. Have usually purchased ones with exactly the same configuration for networking consistency. Excellent in-house repair and service options. They tend to shotgun the problem to get it resolved quickly. Will also send parts for do-it-yourself repairs.

Needs to improve: Generally lead times are good, but sometimes items fall through the cracks and get delayed.

My office has been using strictly Dell laptops for over 10 years now!! We believe the quality has always been very high end and the software being very easy to set up. Only having one small problem with a laptop but within 10 minutes of a phone call with Dell customer service my problem was gone!! We recommend Dell products to any one or company.

When looking for a flexible solution to our needs we needed a partner that was willing to work with us. Dell stepped up to the challenge and supplied us with an affordable solution to outfit the organization with hardware that could keep up with the high demands of the medical device industry. Other competitors had more bells and whistles, but Dell had it where it counted the most.

Our entire enterprise used dell laptops and they are very affordable for the cost conscious businesses. What they lack in style is made up for in the quality of the product along with their customer service. The time it takes for Dell to deliver their products is also very quick. One issue is that Dell laptops seem to start having more problems after 3-4 years.

Durable equipement! I use my laptop on a daily basis between work and home. I enjoy my system so much, I bought my son a Dell for xmas.

Needs to improve: The only bad thing I can say, is after a long period of time, the battery seems to run out faster, have to be docked or pluged in.

We have two Dell computers in our Chiropractic clinic. We have one in the front office where we schedule patients, create patient statements, do account balances, create charges for daily services. The other computer is in one of the treatment rooms where the doctors can create patient reports, summary of treatments and discharge plannings and recommendations.

If you are looking for a PC, Dell is up there with HP and Gateways.

Strengths: Dell offers a variety of customizable desktop and laptop computers. They are great for business, data acquisition and personal use.

Needs to improve: Dell is not quite a price competitive as it used to. If you order a custom built computer, some times it takes a while for it to be delivered.

we have been using dell desktops and laptops to complete documentation for years. they are fast and efficient and are always reliable weather it be a big or small task it gets the job done. the pricing on their laptops and desktops can get pricy but well worth it.

My old laptop wasn't good enough for Solidworks/Pro-E, so it was time to upgrade. Theirs has been working great since I rec'd it. The batter pack did die shortly after I got it, but it was still within warranty, so they sent a replacement that next day. No issues.

Most companies issue Dell desktops or laptops to their employees and the companies I've worked at are no exception. They're not the prettiest looking (of course), but they are solid computers without the extra baggage of unwanted software. It also helps that they are reasonably priced.

We have been buying Dell computers for our company. They perform really well and we have not had any real issues. Once we had a laptop go down, and they sent a tech out the next day and the issue was resolved very quickly. Warranty is good.

We have a handful of their desktops around the building. There's never been any major hardware problems. I've had on of their keyboards at home for about 10 years now and it still works as well as the day I bought it

Strengths: I have used dell as the primary computer when I work from home. My experience has always been good as I am able to run software at a high speed.

Needs to improve: Not as modern as a mac. they may need to rebrand themselves if they are not as profitable as they used to be.

I like the quality. I recommend dell computer for the Good pc capacity.
