Strengths: I've used dell at all my companies i've been at including the military. They make a good product for a good price. It can handle anything from emails to Solidworks

Needs to improve: Haven't found any

My laptop crushed within a year after I purchased it. They fixed it for free and returned it like new.

Needs to improve: You have to delete so many offers that were installed in their computers.

The quality of their computers are average but would choose Dell if it was between them and HP.

I use Dell Laptop and Desktop at work and home and very happy with their performance. Also Dell have great customer support when there is issue with their product.

They build solid and tough PC/laptop and tablet models. We just bought a Dell Venue 8 and I really like the way it was built.
