Fathom

We been using Fathom for years for assistance for our prototype plastic design for the bezel on our new desk top enclosures. Fathom's 3D rapid prototypes have provided us with the exact detail, so we can evaluate the overall interface of the bezel to the enclose. This cuts down the risk that we will have to take when we spend money on the tooling for our injected molded parts. Their customer service staff is very friendly, easy to work with, and very quick to respond to inquiries and provide us with quotes and delivery schedules. The time spent on the phone or email is worth it as they are able to address all answers and concerns - great technical support.

We contracted Fathom for a 3d prototype and while we liked the results, we had to make sure we were very specific with our instructions and design requests. While there were a few mishaps, they quickly addressed and made sure that we were well informed throughout. Quality service and attention to detail (once clarified). Saves us money in the long term and once the communication kinks are worked out, definitely a seamless resource. Will use again.

Our firm sourced Fathom for our 3D printing needs for rapid prototyping of medical devices. Although 3d printing is still on the pricier side, the ability to quickly prototype our designs was integral in our ability to try multiple designs. The customer service department was very helpful in getting us to understand the intricacies of 3d printing and walked us through the process carefully. We definitely value their helpful service and would use this vendor again when the opportunity arises.

My company contracts Fathom for their 3d printing capabilities. When prototyping our consumer products it's helpful to make quick modifications to the product and get an actual sample in a short amount of time. Fathom is able to deliver on this need with flying colors. Their process is easy and their prices are reasonable. I have had a chance to interact with their customer service teams and they have been a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend Fathom.
