their was one occasion when we ran out of printing paper in the department and needed to finish printing important documents so we rushed to the nearest fry's and were assisted to finding computer paper quickly and were in and out in no time which saved are butts with corporate. very good customer service

Frys is a huge store and they carry a lot of products. I went there to purchase an external drive for work and it took me a while to find it.

If you know what you want, this can be the home run. However, if you need to consult the customer reps., this may take a long time to get what you want.

we purchased cables and power tools from them and they came on time and its really nice when we can purchase many different items from one company and we will order again in the future with no hesitation at al.

If you work near one its great to go pick up electronic parts the same day then wait for a website to deliver them.

Frys generally has very good service with electrical components with weekly deals, and are willing to price match to most competitors. Makes it very easy to go in and out and grab what I need

When I bought stuff at price if there is something wrong and return it's a difficult with got hit with the restocking fee. Which other store doesn't have charge customer even there is something wrong with the product.

I went to this store and bought some wireless keyboard,mouse & External Hard drives. Staff are friendly and able to explain about the details of the things I need. This place is awesome and very easy to locate the things you need from electronics, books and appliances.

Everyone that i spoke with was very friendly as well as very helpful with what i was looking for.There are also a good amount of workers in their buildings so if you do need help with something, there is always someone close by.

I have purchased a few items at Frys for the office, including electronics and have had issues returning items. Their customer service is not very helpful either. They do however, have a good selection of items in stock.

a decent option for local access when you are in a bind for some basic electrical components. there are better options through catalogs and websites (digikey, newark, allied, jameco) but not all are available for same day needs.

Fry sis great when your in the market for electronics but their limited number of locations means it's a journey for me to shop there. I have also found that because the stores are so massive, they get quite crowded and customer service can be strained.
