Frys Electronics

Fry's is always on top of my choices when it comes to electronics. The knowledge and service they provided are very high. From price match to return policy price has their customer covered.

Strengths: Every single component you need fry's has it. Exceptional customer service.

Needs to improve: Need more stores in my area.

We use Frys for our business whenever some of our electrical devices start to go out. They always have exactly what we need and they have great customer service. Overall very satisfied with their company.

Good and Bad

Strengths: Timie to Time I would go to Fry's to pick up misc. parts. The experiance I have had was good and bad.
Pricing is competitive but the quality will vary depends what you your looking for.

Needs to improve: Sales people are some what knowlegdable

staff didn't know much about what I was looking for so my time there took longer than expected.

Strengths: Variety of items from household to office supplies

Needs to improve: long lines. why are their receipts so big? staff needs to be educated on their inventory

I needed a NPN transistor for a circuit board that i was having difficulties with and the employees could not help but i did find it on my own.

Strengths: Fry's has everything you need for electronics and then some.

Needs to improve: a big weakness of Fry's is their customer service.

Depending on who you get, the customer rep can either be really helpful or not. Better to do your own research, browse online to see if the item is available, and then order it online for store pickup.

Always have long lines for returning products and no one can be found to help the customer.

Strengths: I shop here for computer needs, video games, televisions, electronics and they have good prices and good quality.

Needs to improve: Terrible customer service and return product management.

frys is one my top three places to go to if I need anything for gameing systems

Strengths: frys pretty much has everything you need as far as elctronics and also has reasonable prices

Needs to improve: there isnt really any weaknesses as far as what frys is all about

i buy allot of my electrical components and tools for school and work from there they have good prices a large selection of goodies

Needs to improve: to much to choose from sometimes they dont have enough people working to help you

Wide selection, decent customer service, fair prices.

Strengths: There is a very broad selection of products. Will most likely have what you need or something that works.

Needs to improve: Store layout often seems weird, but if you can find someone to ask, they usually know where to point you.

A huge place amazing selection. You could spend your whole check in a place like this. Thankfully they have cup o noodles by the case so you don't forget to feed yourself.

Strengths: Huge selections, with great deals.

Strengths: fry's has a organized system in selling and they often come to you and ask what you want politely without pressure

Needs to improve: the sales talk too much about something else to other sales

Some stores carry more than others, just depends on location. Good for picking up routers and smaller electronics. They do have a restocking fee though.

fry's has everything computer cables and converter's etc.

Strengths: my favorite electronic store. the prices are are cheaper than other store's, staff are helpful they're mostly everywhere you won't have a hard time looking for help.

Needs to improve: the Cd and dvd area are always messy and unorganized.

They have a lot of products available at a pretty good price. Only issue that can occur is when you return items.

Strengths: Big eletronic store that has tons of selections and a variety of products

I buy a lot of my computer supplies and peripherals from them but only when I need it fast. Customer service is a joke there.

Good overall experience, I've only made a few purchase from Frys and I'm satisfied.

Strengths: A lot of selections with great sales. At times, you can buy items for half of what they are worth.

My company finds Fry's to be usually stocked with what we need in terms of consumer equipment.

Strengths: My company always uses Fry's as our emergency supplier for small electronic parts.

Fry's have a large volume of electronics to choose from its a go to store if you need stuff for you computer, tv, radio etc. customer service it's great

Frays is great if you need a tool or part and it can't wait for a shipment to get sent to you the next day
