I go to frys for my office needs and i love the products i just wish the workers knew a little more about the products they are selling

Strengths: A lot of different supplies to choose from

Needs to improve: Workers are not knowledgeable

They are local and have a wide selection however be careful you don't get a returned item that's missing parts. Otherwise I have purchased many item from Fry's without issue.

Strengths: Large selection, good prices

Needs to improve: Many restocked customer returned items.

I've had both good and bad experiences. The good is that prices are competitive large volume, the bad is the the employees ignore customers.

Frys has a great selection of products but customer service is subpar and employees used to be much more knowledgable and helpful.

Needs to improve: Customer service and tech knowledge is lacking.

Fry's is good for buying CDs and DVDs in bulk, but their return policy is poor. If Costco has the computer you're looking for, buy from there.

I bought an laptop and printer from there recently. Couldn't believe the prices and they had what I wanted.

Needs to improve: No weaknesses store wise jus all fry stores are far as in traveling wise..

Needs to improve: Their salespeople can be a bit pushy and try to get you to buy unnecessary items you didnt go there for.

Fairly good pricing. Great selections. For our company needs, Fry's had what we wanted. Packaging was good.

Whatever our IT department need computer electronic components we go to Fry's. They have awesome selections. The knowledgeable sales person always very helpful.

Strengths: Fry's is local store friend salesperson and huge variety of electronic, computer components.

We get all our office computers here and. We get a better price more we buy and they come with warranty so never gotta stress bout it good place

Recently my company move office to other location, that we bought all electric components and cable from Frys , the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable .

When your in need of a specific component and you don't have time to order it just head down to your local Fry's they will take care if you.

The return customer services is in good process and follow their procedure to be satisfied the customer.

I was able to receive all of my wiring and batteries that I needed through this company. Fast delivery with good customer service.

You can’t return computers in store if you purchased them online. You’ll have to send it back.

Great electronics store and all employes are very helpful and knowledgable about the product in their department which really helped me find what i needed for my situation

If you need a computer component quickly, most likely you can get it at Fry's, that's if you can find it.

They are a reasonable place to go to when you need to buy keyboard and mice in bulk and can't wait for shipping time from an online website.
