My experience with Give Something Back has been great. My company really enjoys using an office supply company that does something good for the community. We have been using GSB for several years and we appreciate having them as our supply vendor.
Strengths: The strength of Give Something Back is that they're extremely fast with their delivery service. They also manage to deliver around the same time whenever my office orders supplies from them. This is especially comforting becasue on the days when the office gets busy - we have an idea of when to expect GSB deliveries. Also, the delivery person is very friendly and personable.
Needs to improve: The weakness of Give Something Back is that sometimes they will not have a product we ordered in stock -and fail to let us know. The only way I realize the product isn't available is if it says 'backstock' on the receipt once our order comes in. It would be nice to know a product isn't available once the order is placed - because then we can find a quick replacement for the product before they proceed with the rest of our order.

My experience has been a positive experience overall. There have only been about 2 times when the packing slip does not match what's in the boxes or we get the wrong items but they are quick to fix the error and give us exactly what we asked. They have exceptional professionalism and customer service through it all. We order from them weekly and have not considered changing vendors.
Strengths: Their biggest strength is definitely the next day delivery service! They tend to always have the supplies we need in stock as well, and if they don't they let you know right away when to expect it. Our delivery man is really sweet and remembers our names! Their customer service line is really helpful and their reps are super nice as well. They have a wide variety of supplies and options to fill all the needs of the office.
Needs to improve: Only weakness would probably be the pricing on some of the supplies is a little more expensive than you would find at another store.

I've had great experience with Give something back. I love that they have next day delivery.
Strengths: They donate a portion of their profits to charity.
Competitive pricing.
Needs to improve: Sometimes they lack in the selection that other office supply stores might have.
Give Something Back donates a portion of everything they sell to charity.
Strengths: Match competitors prices, or find you a better deal. Help fight hunger, promote education, and promote the arts. Fast shipping.
Needs to improve: None.

Strengths: 1. Has a unique and wonderful purpose behind doing a business. I have not seen any others doing this.
2. Almost has everything you need for office supplies.

Been using them for some of our supplies regularly and nver have a problem with them. Always provided great service and products.
Strengths: Fastest turn around. Great customer service and products
