Strengths: Printers, computers, and servers are top notch. We use nothing but HP printers which are reliable and easy to configure. Desktop and laptop computers are excellent and reliable. They are easily customizable. The servers are solid and never had any issues with them.

Needs to improve: None! Absolutely impressed with all their products.

we have one of their printer/copiers in the department that we use to make copies of our procedures and DHR purposes. the printer is very dependable and is also very good quality. the printers price range is very good and also affordable. the printer has not had to be repaired yet and is still working just fine.

I like HP products and will choose them over the others out their for my printing needs. They are reliable and print quickly and high quality.

Strengths: Fast, reliable, and quality printers for large and small businesses. My job uses them and i have one for a small home business. There products meet my printing needs.

Needs to improve: Ink is still expensive, probably not HP's fault or maybe it is?

I use the Design-Jet 110 plus. Excellent quality and value. The large format printer is great when dealing with high detail drawings and design reviews. having everything blown up makes everything easy to see. The quality of large format print is ridiculously good.

We have a handful of their printers around the office. They do the job flawlessly 90% of the time, but that other 10% can sometimes cause major delays in daily operations if a professional needs to be called. Having a troubleshooting booklet near the device could come in handy

I can say that HP printers are durable and dependable. I have been using mine for more than 8 years now but it is still working the same as how it was when I bought it. I have the PSCF (print, scan, copy, fax) model and it is very useful to me.

HP has a decent design as far as their laptop. But everything else really suck. I have supported hp laptops at work and also dealt with at home, and every time I find something wrong with them or stuff do not work. I will not buy HP Laptop ever!

We use HP computers, lap tops and printers to create design and set up pattern for printer. The biggest issue is with over heating lap top.

Strengths: Knowledgeable trouble shooting customer service. Quality printer.

Needs to improve: Older lap top run hot and over heat. Desk tops are OK. Need to keep up recent cutting edge technologies.

Good response team from customer support, or your can trouble shoot your problem on their website which is very easy to select the problem your having and go through the steps needed.

Strengths: Hewlett-Packard always have good products such as their printers as we have a numerous amount of them around my job.

Needs to improve: Ink cartridges can sometime get clog

We use HP computers to keep track of our inventory count, using microsoft excel, for my department. Very responsive computers, user friendly and fast. However, the quality isn't that good because the exterior part seem so fragile. These computers aren't built to last.

Strengths: My office uses the hp printer and fax machines. They are both very durable and rarely has any problems. The printer has a very noticable troubleshooting sticker on the top of the printer with the call centers number wich is very convenient.

Needs to improve: In my opinion the hp printer has no weaknesses.

You get what you pay for. We have an HP in our office at work that runs just fine, does all everything we need and does not freeze up very often, and that's only with several programs running using lots of data. HP makes a good computer I can't complain.

Our company use HP printers, that they print, scan, copier and fax well with quality image. And works well across our company headquarter office. Only the printers a lisle slower from cold start each morning.

Im usually pleased with HP but a I was not pleased with a couple of laptops we recently purchased. After about a year, the battery life was terrible. Fan started making loud noises and computers slow down.

Needs to improve: The warm up in the morning is the worst. Can you look into making this a quicker process? Only down fall for this printer.

My firm use HP laser printer for all our department. The printer are very fast that make our job very efficient. Also does copy, scan and fax very well too. Only the toner is too expensive .

the hp printer I have does its job, provides quality. so far had no problems with it!

HP got our office up and running when lease was up with Dell computers. They got us a better array for our network, provided us with great laptops and their customer service is unrivaled.

Strengths: HP has great product selection, wide availability, quick turnaround and overall great customer service.

I like HP computers but as of recent their pc models are lacking quality and reliability. I have 2 HP laptops that were about 4-5 years ago that are not working anymore.
