I've owned an HP desktop that lasted for years (never had any hardware issues). HP makes great printers and I've had two of their printer/scanner/copiers for several years and they're still kicking.

Needs to improve: Computers aren't as high quality as they used to be.

We use HP ink for our printing shop needs. Other than minor issue like phone customer service, there is no other major one.

Hp printer that print very well and colorful. Also is very easy to use and I can make copies in the same print.

We have HP printers at work. The printers are very easy to use and there are no paper jams very often. The ink cartridge is also easy to change. Overall, I'm pleased with HP printers.

I use this big copy machine printer everyday and I thanks HP for making this such machine. From copy,fax and sending to my email, everyone can easily use this printer.

HP computers are on the bottom end in terms of quality and robustness, but their printers still work well. The ink is costly, but that's all printers these days.

At my previous job. I would have to work at clients locations. As a field technician I needed a good laptop for testing and writing documents. HP laptop did the job.

We use hp computers and hp printers. They are reliable equipments and very easy to use. We use cartridge for our printers and its easy to change. Highly recommend.

Great products with minor issues. Definitely prefer apple laptops, but HP laptops are budget friendly and can last for years as long as you use an antivirus.

We use HP laser printers in our offices. Good quality printers but we spend way too much money on toner. HP knows that and takes advantage of it

No issues with printers. Good build quality but really gouge you on ink and toner refills

My work has hp printers in the printing room. I use it often to print out any assembly drawings for production use. Very well designed printers!
