Strengths: We've used Miller welders at our shop for many years. They are regarded as the industry leader for Tig, Mig and stick. We have Miller welders that are over 30 years old and still going strong. Their customer support for these older models is still good and we can get replacement parts to this day. Their range of units is great and you can get anything from a small 110 volt unit to 440 volt commercial production rigs. They have a great online site where you can get owners manuals and other support. Because they are so reliable, we are able to maintain a high level of production and no downtime.

Needs to improve: They are not cheap. But you get what you pay for. Better to have a reliable welder then have a job shut down because you bought a cheap one.

We source frequently from Miller primarily because of their competitive pricing and dedication to customer service. They are always one step ahead and make sure that we know our options, regardless of whether it effects their bottom line. I have a engine driven Stick Welder. It must be 15 years old. Still works great. Miller technical support and customer service is great. I can still get parts when needed. I use a Miller 220v MIG at work. Solid dependable machine. Great controls let me always achieve a nice weld. I never have any issues with the wire feed drive.

Great Welders and Customer Service. Durable, Reliable industry leading welders. I own two Miller Welders an engine drive Stick (SMAW) and MIG (GMAW). Both have worked perfectly for years. Customer service and internal expertise is awesome. If you have a problem and call their experts they will help you find a solution.
