The experience was good, as long as I'm not shipping Internationally.

Strengths: Great for domestic shipping. Plus, they usually have a bunch of hubs. I'm sure there is one close to you.

Needs to improve: It's got to be International Shipping. Not quite the best when it comes shipping goods overseas.

Our company use UPS deliver our testing chips, which they are always doing good job. Deliver on time with special care. Our products is on customer demanding time, UPS tracking system is very detail and exactly make our customer happy.

For the most part, UPS is consistent in their shipment of documents to our branch offices. Occasionally a courier may leave packages at other locations that were not the correct address.

Quick reliable service. They update their tracking system frequently and are easy to get a hold of if you ever have any issues.

i buy allot of stuff on amazon and they ship through ups so every thing gets there when its suppose to with no dings or dents

I've been using UPS to ship and recieve items for over 10 years and they've always deliever packages on-time, handled packages with the upmost care, and their staff is always friendly and professional. I've never once had to complain. Excellent service!

I used to work in shipping and receiving. UPS was one of our courier. Shipping software is easy to use. Tracking packages are easy as well. More often then not they deliver the packages on time.
