UPS

I have frequently sent packages or have had packages sent to me through UPS. Every time the package comes incredibly, generally before schedule even. They have great service and are excellent at sending packages. When we at my gym facilities order large such as treadmills or other athletic equipment, we always get items shipped through UPS for the speed and quality of shipping.

I have had a solid experience with UPS. Everything about the company is reliable, from generating a shipping label, to the package pick-up, to tracking, and final delivery. UPS takes the stress out of shipping packages. Their UPS Mail Innovations is an especially great service if you are mailing a high-volume of items. Perfect during the holidays!!

For some reason my packages always get lost, but they always replace items

I will always use UPS, they can pick up anywhere, send anywhere and now my company has actually chosen them as our preferred shipping company.

Needs to improve: The only thing I would suggest is to inform each delivery employee to place packages in a more orthodox location. I've found my packages in weird places before around my house even though they had no special comments.

We offer UPS shipping as a resource to our employees and there have been many occasions where the delivery driver will inform me that he has additional packages for our office that he can not locate, causing him to make multiple deliveries. When we do receive the packages, often times the boxes are damaged.

As said in strengths, generally very reliable and convenient.

Strengths: Very reliable in terms of expected delivery times. Easy to track status.

Needs to improve: Customer support was not helpful on the phone. One time they handed off my shipment to USPS and then lost track of it from there. It is understandable they cannot track into another company's system, but I never expected them to hand off in the first place.

Overall UPS is OK. I have used them with multiple companies for shipping products to customers and external employees. The products generally arrive on time.

Needs to improve: Can be a struggle to get UPS to cover damages that occur as a result of shipping or that may have occurred from their fork lift operator.

We always use UPS for deliveries made off of Amazon and eBay. Shipping is always cheap and quick. They handle all packages with care. Whenever we order things we always use UPS. They're very reliable.

I often drop off some package to this store when i miss the cut off time for our daily pick up. this store is very convenient and helpful to me and most of all for the company to keep the promise date to our customers. They got great and friendly staff and reliable services.

We use UPS for most of our shipping needs. They are very reasonably priced, reliable and we have experienced very minimal shipping damage. They pick up at our facility twice a day and addtionally, there are UPS stores very close by where we can drop off packages as well.

I use UPS for shipping and receiving. It's a relatively smooth process with accurate tracking.

Needs to improve: Packages pretty much on their own once they reach the door (often no attempt to deliver directly to receiver). A few times I've had to track down my packages at the distribution facility because of "undeliverable address" for whatever reason.

I've seen the UPS trucks roaming around the cities well past 8 PM, so they're working hard to get your packages to you. I do wish that they would notate if packages require a signature for delivery or not, so I can plan accordingly.

I have sent many documents for work purposes overnight through ups and their service is spectacular as always. they have safe packaging that's keeps all of your important documents very safe and ship them quickly with care. they have never let me down.

We use UPS service provided by customer for shipping international and domestic.I drop off some packages to this store when I miss the cut off time and the customer service is able to help me. They are reliable but the charges are reasonable comparing to DHL,and FEDEX

They come around the same time each day, which allows me to be sure I am in store to accept packages. I have never had a package arrive late, but rather early by a day, which is updated online.

They are one of the shipping company's we use for delivery of our medical devices to our patients. We have never had any issues with UPS all our shipments arrive at their destination on time and with no damage.

Strengths: They are a proven company that can handle any shipping demands you may need.

Our business uses UPS for or regular shipments (not the rush overnights) and never have issues with the deliveries making it to the destination or being damaged. The local UPS locations are also very helpful as opposed to the UPS.

Our company use UPS for shipping and it's very convenience as we schedule the pickup online and the UPS truck will come on the expected time window to pickup the shipment. It's also easy tracking the shipment online and know the estimate arrival time.

I have used UPS to ship and receive for over 15 years working in retail. I've also used UPS for personal shipping. I trust that my packages will arrive on time and in good condition with a friendly smile.

Strengths: Fast and accurate service. Always friendly and they have dog treats!
