We store a variety of items in the Rubbermaid bins. Easy to move and relocate when needed. I like that we can divide the bin, if we decide to put more than one item inside.

Strengths: We use Rubbermaid throughout the warehouse and inside our cleanroom. We use various sizes and colors. They are durable and great for organizing our shelves. I like how they stack on one another.

Needs to improve: none

Use it to print documents. I also like when you have a jammed paper, it displays where the problem is. I don't have to spend time searching for it.

Strengths: Great Machine!! We have a few in each building. I like that you can fax, print or scan using one machine. Quick results and excellent quality when printing your documents.

Needs to improve: Morning warm-up is slow.

They are very reliable and always provide a quick turnaround!

Strengths: Creative crating and Pallet Company to work with!! Our company uses TransPak services for domestic shipping. Cost is lower than other couriers. Customer service is wonderful and very helpful when we need to contact them.

The eye wash kit was great when I had something in my eye. All products work and they don’t have to be a name brand product. Great customer service!!

Strengths: Cintas has supplied our company with first aid boxes for many years now. Each building has a few boxes placed on the walls for easy access. Large variety of items to choose from, great to have around when you have a minor injury or headache at work.

The staff is friendly and great to work with. I have been handling their product for a many years now. The masks are placed in a strong plastic case, so they don’t break easy.

Strengths: Our company has been dealing with Noel Technologies for many years now. They provide us with silicon wafers and masks that we use on the manufacturing floor. Reliable source with great quality product. They are not that far from us, so it’s a quick turn around when we need more supplies and place a new order.

Needs to improve: none

Their products are easy to handle and use. Packaged in a clear case with an easy to read label. A great vendor to work with.

Strengths: Our company started using this product about 5 years ago. We use these on our products and test our cards. We have a large variety of sizes and styles for each product we build.

Easy to work with, the shoes that I had ordered when I was on leave did fit. When Red Wings came back to our company, they exchanged the shoes without any questions or a hassle, even being that is was over 6 months.

Strengths: Our company supplies us with safety shoes every year. Red Wings comes to our company and we get to select from a variety of shoes and styles. Great quality!!

I use the audio conferencing on a daily basis and it's great.

Strengths: We just recently started using Polycom for our company phones. Great quality and clarity using the audio during a conferene call.

Needs to improve: None

Use Microsoft daily at work. Excel, Word and just started using Microsoft Lync for instant messaging throughout the company. It's quick and convenient to communicate with co-workers when you’re in a meeting.

Strengths: All of our computers and laptops run using Microsoft. Sotware is great and user friendly.

Needs to improve: none

I like that AT&T gives you a home discount when your company gets cell phones for their employees.

Strengths: Our company provides wireless service for our employees. It’s nice upgrading with new phones when they are released. Customer Service is good..

Needs to improve: Certain area's don't always get the best service.

I use Shred - It for work and personal items. The boxes are locked and it's a good feeling knowing my confidential information cannot be shared with anyone. We have a scheduled pick up arrangement with them.

Strengths: We have Shred-It boxes located in all our buildings to recycle documents and toss out confidential material that can't be put in the trash. Shred-it helps the environment as well.

Needs to improve: none

Use this printer daily. Customer service is good.

Strengths: Our company uses the HP printers in all our buildings. It's nice and convenient for making copies and scanning with a quality picture.

Needs to improve: The warm up in the morning is the worst. Can you look into making this a quicker process? Only down fall for this printer.

Customer Service is great and have made them part of our family away from home.

Strengths: VWR supplies us with cleanroom and lab materials for our manufacturing departments. They are always reliable & dependable, making sure that we have enough stock. They come weekly to stock and see what is needed for the coming weeks. I highly recommend VWR for their outstanding service.

Ontrac provides on time delivery and great customer service. Drivers are always very friendly..

Strengths: We use OnTrac for our daily delivery. They provide our company with accurate quotes and estimated times to deliver our product.

Needs to improve: None at the time.

Always on schedule when promised.

Strengths: Our company works 24 hrs. a day, so we often have shipments that needs to ship early in the morning. We use multiple couriers due to customer requests, but Guaranteed Express is always there as promised.

Needs to improve: One morning we had a shipment scheduled for an early pick up. Our product wasn't ready and we cancelled the pickup, although the driver didn't get the message and came on his promised time. He was upset and the girl on shift got to hear about it. Sometime these things happen. Wasn't her fault, she was just passing on the information.

Local company, that delivers their own product, We don't have to wait for Fedex or UPS to deliver.

Strengths: Reliable company that delivers round the clock. Their product is a sturdy and heavy duty.

Needs to improve: none at this time

If they find we need something, they will be back the same day to deliver the product, if it's possible or the very next day.

Strengths: We use Fastenal products on the manufacturing line. We have a large section located in the A&T area and also in our warehouse. Their demand is so high, they come out every other week and refill the bins and make sure everything is stocked. I have dealt with their reps when they come in; they all are very helpful and respectful.

Needs to improve: none at this time

Durable equipement! I use my laptop on a daily basis between work and home. I enjoy my system so much, I bought my son a Dell for xmas.

Strengths: We use Dell laptop or desktops throughout the entire company. Very reliable!!!

Needs to improve: The only bad thing I can say, is after a long period of time, the battery seems to run out faster, have to be docked or pluged in.

Great software! Easy to use, Once you understand the system, you can trouble shot and explore all the option the software has. Our employees use the software on a daily basis.

Strengths: We use Oracle for Inventory control and production starts. Very easy to learn, and have staffing onsite if we come across any issues.

Needs to improve: I don't have any weakness to share regarding Oracle.
