Our firmed sourced Electron Beam Engineering Inc for some more custom welding needs that we were unable to do in house. The staff at EBE is very helpful and friendly and provided accurate quotes, but versus others in the market the price is a little higher than most. Additionally, the lead times were a little slower than we had hoped. The actual service was done quite well and professionally and we had no issues on that end. Once EBE is able to offer their services at a slightly lower price and a little quicker, they will be a fantastic vendor.

Contracted Electron Beam Engineering to consult with us on possible development of a new product offering. Their knowledge was very high and we were impressed with their ability to quickly build the business case with us, but we noticed that there were times that the sense of urgency just didn't seem to be there. Ultimately we put the project on hold and ended our relationship with EBE at the consulting phase. I would probably give them an opportunity to prove themselves again, but I would also consider other partners.

We contracted Electron Beam for a custom client that required some specific welding needs. We had used Electron in the past and were pleased with the results, but the third time around, we found their service levels a bit lacking. However, their staff is knowledgeable and the product is of good quality, we believe a more accurate lead time estimate would greatly improve. Otherwise, great staff and team.

A great vendor for your custom welding jobs. EBE utilizes very advanced laser beam welding technology that is very precise for your atypical jobs. They are also local and were able to come on site to complete the custom job. Fast and able to be in and out in 1 whole day. We highly recommend them for your custom welding needs!
