I've always bee satisfied with the products that I've purchased from Excelta. Specifically they're "cutting tweezers" are the best I've been able to find. They allow me to manipulate tiny components while building prototypes in the lab space.

Needs to improve: With any specialized tooling, there's a premium to be paid and Excelta's tools are no exception. Expect to pay a premium for their products.

Some of the most awesomest tweezers you can get. These aren't your normal pluck your eyebrows, but i'm sure you can and have the most precise brow line in the world with these tools, but super precise, swiss engineered tweezers for the advanced engineers and assemblers out there.
These are the type of tweezers if your coworker borrows it, you will probably knock them out if they bend the tips. They are worth the price if you require precise work and work with small components. highly highly recommended

The small, but beefy orange handled scissors are the best. Excelta also makes several full lines of tweezers in all sorts of configurations - I have made particularly heavy use of the revers action tweezers and the tweezers with replaceable plastic tips for handling polished implants. The various product lines allow you to pay for the level of quality that you require. Similarly, the side cutters are of great quality and come in a variety of sizes and styles. But seriously, the orange handled scissors are the best.

No real issues. I've heard they have pretty good customer service from others.

Strengths: It seems like all the technicians like using the cutters from Excelta, so we tend to order from them.

Needs to improve: Their cutters seem extremely sharp and fine, but the trade-off is that some of them don't seem all that durable. I was cutting a wire well within the expected capabilities of the cutter, and the cutting element snapped off. Believe it was defective, as there was no deformation of the cutting edge at all.

i have worked with microscopic components for over 10 years now and no tools have come to more use than excelta tweezers and cutters. they are built of high quality and have given me excellent control over small parts. i’ve also used their cutter to trim coils with precision. they aren’t very durable though, so if you drop it, just buy a new one. it’s unlikely that the tip will have survived.

Excelta cutters and tweezers really are the best when it comes to working on small, microscopic stuff. They allow a lot of control and movement to get the job done. The cutters aren't very durable and immune to dropping. The tip is likely to be messed up upon a single fall.

The tweezer selection id off the hook! We purchase many tweezers from them. We use them on MFG for transporting the micro coils from dishes to under the microscope. We use the tweezers in R&D as well.

I have a pair of their wire cutters. They work exceptionally well, I have never had any issues with cutting the copper with the insulation, they are my favorite tool in the shop when working with really small components/wires.
