Grainger provides my company with a wide selection of bearing,hand tools, and raw materials that are used in our medical devices. Their catalogs are great resources for identifying alternative parts and equipment. They carry a ton of components that will fit all your needs and can ship it the next day. The sales people are very knowledgeable about there product. Great company to call on when in need of large volume of industrial supplies.

Strengths: We use this company for our tools that we use on a daily basis in our facility, hand tools and power tools. They're good quality, durable, and they hold up well. Our orders are easy to place,either by telephone or online and their representatives are always available to answer any questions we might have. We order in large quantity, always for a good price and our orders are never late.

Grainger is a very useful supplier. They are strategically located and so customers find it easy to get their supplies.

Strengths: Grainger carries a very wide range of industrial tools in their catalogue. They carry popular brands that are local and of good quality and reputation. Generally, Grainger is located everywhere in the US. I like that I can do will calls.

Needs to improve: Like any other supplier, there were some hiccups in order processing (i.e. not getting the right parts, not being informed that there are back orders).

I call grainger to refill my supplies at the machine shop, somebody come over for recommendations and ideas but when she tell the cost. Its way high!

Our company has relied on Grainger for many years from everything from piston air compressors to crimping tools. Most recently we purchased multiple mobile air circulators (i.e. large fans) for our warehouse. The variety of products offered by Grainger saves our company time and ultimately, money. One unique feature is that they have hundreds of branches where you can pickup your order if you're into that sort of thing. Vendor worth checking out for sure.

Whenever our company needs a part, whether a one-off item that can only be identified by a part number, to ordering a pallet of the very same, we save time by looking to Grainger first. Several attempts have been made to find cheaper prices with comparable service and selection, but no other vendor comes close.

Strengths: Encyclopedic catalog of supplies. If Grainger does not carry an item, it most likely does not exist. Very knowledgeable customer service representatives

Their tools last longer beyond your expectations. Whenever we purchased or we have an order, their customer service is always available and very friendly. We buy a lot of our warehouse gloves at the San jose location. It can get busy at times, to the point where I'm waiting about 20 minutes to be helped

Strengths: have you seen a grainger book? they have a huge selection of any material or equipment you are looking for. in fact it might be too much as I've flipped thru the book to not find what I need because it is too much

Our firm uses Grainger Industrial Supply to source our power tools and any other parts when we are in immediate need of one. We are able to use these in our construction projects and their products have been very reliable and easy to use. Their customer service department is also very knowledgeable and friendly. We order from Grainger all the time. We order everything from flashlights, power tools, screws and fasteners. They are always the first ones we turn to when we are in need of new supplies. They have a great reputation they have been around for awhile. Shipping is always timely as well.

Ya ringer has been helpful when replacing specific components of existing machinery. Their local local sales rep have been a huge help in finding solutions to our problems within their extensive product offering.

Strengths: Granger has an extensive offering of products with many options in each category.

Needs to improve: While Grainger has an extensive offering of products, this can slow down selection of the right part as their are so many options to sort through.

Grainger is the only place I go to when it comes to something specific I couldn't find anywhere else.

Strengths: Grainger has a huge selection of electronic components and general needs at very competitive prices. I am located in fremont where there is a local branch and I never had an issue with my orders.

Needs to improve: The catalog they use is just too much to look through. There website needs to be improved for easier navagation.

Grainger has a wide variety of industrial supplies. One day during a huge rain storm, the drain outside our office plugged, water starts flowing into our building through the walls. One person ran over to Grainger to get a pump and hose, while the others worked to unplug the drain. Grainger's great inventory help prevent a lot more water damage to our facility.

This tools are also affordable compare to other brand tool we have in our department. They also have great deals that you can choose from, great shipping and they have reliable service.
