I use them occasionally to get bolts nuts and such. Not the greatest selection

Needs to improve: They don't have quite the same selection of parts as McMaster-Carr
Great source of hand tools provided by our company. Works well and easy to use for assembling, disassembling and repairing our medical device.

Pricing at Grainger is very competitive.
Strengths: 1. Divers product portfolio
2. Easy to find items in their catalog
3. Easy to navigate through their website
Needs to improve: 1. Sometimes don't have everything.
Ordered some parts and got them fast
Strengths: Good size selection on almost everything you would need for a job, good prices, and fast delivery.

We purchased some tools from them. Good quality tools but cost higher that the other supplier.
Strengths: Available locally if you need equipment/tools right away.
Needs to improve: Expensive
Purchase mechanical repair parts, HVAC, motors, safety equipment...
Strengths: Grainger has everything needed for mechanical repairs and maintenance.
Needs to improve: Some items are higher cost than competitors.
If you don't find what you need, try McMaster.
