My body shop has been getting our tools for years from Grainger. They offer a wide range of good quality tools! They are a great company to order product in bulk from with great customer service! I would recommend them to any business.

We use Grainger for multiple things in our warehouse. Whether we are installing, modify or assemble of our medical products we use Grainger. Their customer service team is very helpful, and always able to answer any questions.

Local stores make it easy to pick up equipment when time is limited. Pricing is not competitive when compared to online sellers

Our facilities and labs use this supplier often for anything they need to assist in their work duties.. They have conveneint store locations and a giant catalog you can thumb through for days! Great quality supplier and products!

They usually carry supplies that others don't have. When searching for random items, Grainger usually will have and I can pick same day.

Grainger is a great source for parts for your projects. There catalog is extensive and parts are of high quality! I wish they had a local store.

I have been using Graiger to purchase tools for the assembly line, they caary most items in stock so waiting time is minimum.

Strengths: One of the best suppliers in the area, carries a broad selection of tools, safety equipment,etc.

a great catalog vendor to go to for all your tools or hardware components. delivery is quick. there are local stores also. i go to the san jose one frequently if i need something immediate

Facilities uses this vendor for general component supply for maintenance of the labs and mfg cleanroom area. Usually they have all we need in stock at the stores, for sure online though.. Good customer service expertise for stores.

I like that I can walk into the store and purchase the items on the spot instead of having to wait for them to be shipped to me. Rumor has it that the have an iPad app now.

Good customer service, huge catalog of items. We purchased a lot of materials, CER supplies, fasteners, pneumatic line and just about everything else. Grainger is our go-to supplier when we can't wait a day for McMaster.

Similar to McMaster Carr but not as good. There are certain tools they carry that McMaster doesn't carry. I found specific drill bits in Grainger that I couldn't find elsewhere.

They have more locations than some of the competitors, but when that doesn't matter, there is no way they stand out.

Their local local sales rep have been a huge help in finding solutions to our problems within their extensive product offering.

Strengths: they have a huge selection of any material or equipment you are looking for and they are local

We use Grainger for our hardware needs. The local retail location makes getting tools, equipment fast and easy. They usually have what we need when we are in a hurry. Good staff and good service.
