Their customer service was excellent over the phone. The promised the products and they definitely delivered.

Strengths: Grainger excelled in fast delivery of hand tools we purchased. We were pleasantly surprised that our order came the next day in perfect condition. Grainger also carried hard to find products that we needed for our data center.

Needs to improve: Grainger could improve it's location in some of our other companies locations. Expansion would be great.

Grainger has a lot of catalog items in stock, and they can be picked up at will-call almost immediately. Actually, I often just head to the store and have the salesperson help me out rather than waiting for quotes.

Needs to improve: quoting can take some time - I just go in and deal with the guy at the counter

I have used Grainger for purchasing handheld electrical test equipment (Fluke Multimeters and O-scopes). Grainger has many locations for you to drop by and pick up equipment/supplies. The staff is eager to help and usually provide answers to my questions.

They have a good selection of tools and they do need to improve on pricing.

This is a great place to shop for any needs for power tools, raw metals, fasteners, and much more for many applications. The Catalog is huge and has anything you need. We use them often and for many types of products for clean room manufacturing and our labs and machine shop.

Grainger has always been the place to go. Weather you need hardware or sheet rock or anything in genreal. They are a great company with great people.

Strengths: When everan order is placed with grainger they always have it ready when we get there to pick it up. We never have to wait until for them to pull the load or have the hardware ready for us.

we use their torque drivers on a daily basis to assemble our power supply and air assembly. the drivers are very reliable and also very durable. the adjustable torque makes it very easy to assemble and remove nuts and bolts without stripping them. pricing on these torque drivers is very affordable as well.

We often order from Granger whenever we need tools n a hurry. Customer service helps you source the items and tells you whether the items are in stock thereby saving you time. In store staff is very helpful and gets you on your way fast and efficiently.

We order lab equipment from Grainger Inc it's cheap and have a wide range of selection. The equipment last long due to the quality of the product. But on the other hand it's great for the price. They have always delivered reliably and with quality products. Customer service has always been helpful when placing orders.

I often can find the parts I need for my projects at work, they are almost always on my bill of material.

Strengths: Grainger has a huge supply of parts and components to choose from that allow me to design a project accordingly.

Needs to improve: There are a lot of cheap parts made in China to sort through.

We will go to our local Grainger if we need to get a certain tool or if we need to get some hardware. They have a lot of things and have great customer service.

Strengths: Grainger is a place that has almost everything. From hardware to tools to sheet rock and much much more.

The convenience of store, catalog, or online and pick up or delivery, is so convenient. Our facilities dept uses these guys most of the time for most of their needs! They have everything and the prices are good. The products are very reliable and top quality!

For 20+ years, have purchased tools, equipment, bearings, fuses, pneumatic hoses, etc. Great selection and good local stock usually. Sale items in store can be a real bargain

It's not the cheapest on all around but there are some advantages such as variety of operational supplies, plumbing supplies, safety supplies, environmental supplies and general warehouse and office supplies. I generally work with friendly customer service representatives on quotes, purchases and invoices.
