Shockwatch

When we were prepping our products to ship to our distributors, they advised us to add Shockwatch into our budget. We did not have room in our budget for Shockwatch, but we listened and pissed off our accountants and added Shockwatch into the budget. It paid off immensely. The data we got from these guys helped shore up our shipping and made sure our products got to where it needed to be securely. Our products are highly sensitive and needed to be handled with care. Shockwatch gave us the data to understand what precautions we needed and who we can safely trust to ship our products the best. We would be neck deep in damaged returns if it were not for these guys.

We used Shockwatch in engineering as a quick resource for transit testing of new packaging our equipment to ensure the design is reliable. We were able to attain ShockWatch 2 impact indicators that were adhered to our device in different locations and ship our product across country. Their device is armable and tamperproof and provide indisputable evidence of damage to products during shipping and handling. The device will help us determine that the packaging design is correct; kind of a final check after simulated testing at the vendor.

My start up was having problems with some of our shipped medical devices arriving DOA and couldn't pin point the problem. We brought in Shockwatch to do impact testing and data analysis. The results were fantastic. We discovered where and why some of our devices were put under stress. Since working Shockwatch our defect rate has plummeted. Absolutely worth it despite the price tag. Top notch customer service as their expert team seemed to always keep our best interests in mind. WIll use again if issues in the future arise.

we reached out to shockwatch to assist our company with our supply chain. our medical equipment and devices have sensitive technology that are even temperature sensitive so we reached out to shockwatch for assistance. their impact indicators are able to detect vibrations, drop in temps during all steps of our supply chain including the transportation step. they are very reliable, their service is very responsive and they have a team of really reliable engineers. they have greatly reduces our medical equipment risk during our supply chain and transportation process

Our firm contracted Shockwatch to do some impact testing and data analysis services and we had a fantastic experience with them. We were having issues with some of our products arriving DOA and Shockwatch was able to determine the reasons and provide solutions for our issue. After their analysis we were able to lower our defect rate tremendously. Their accurate quotes and competitive pricing is something we definitely appreciate as a smaller firm watching all our pennies. I always used shock watch indicator lables to ship our products to the customers. For these labels courier such UPS, Fedex, Dhl driver knew that our packaged must handle with care so it will arrived to the customer safe to meet their satisfaction.

Needs to improve: orientation of the package is not tracked as a default. so if your package gets turned on its side, the data will be off by 90degrees.

Good company that offer accurate quotes and competitive prices.

Strengths: Shock watch has done our testing and analyzing for our products. They have helped us develop the best packaging for our stuff. I will most definitely recommend Shockwatch.
