SIMCO Electronics is a calibration service house that offers decent pricing for their services. Unfortunately, they won’t make an on-site visit if the servicing doesn’t amount to at least $1000 (or pretty close to it), but they will offer to pick up the equipment for calibration back at their labs. Email doesn’t seem to be the best method for scheduling services, so it’s best to pick up the phone to speak to your rep and schedule a visit. On one occasion, I had scheduled an on-site visit 4 weeks in advance. I didn’t receive a confirmation from them, so I called and spoke to the rep and found out that they had been double-booked. She did admit to the mistake and rectified it by splitting up the calibration into two days so both sites could be serviced and didn’t charge for the second on-site day.

SIMCO takes care of the documentation and process of calibrating equipment. They are very good at what they do and will come to your facility to actually calibrate the equipment for you so long as your order is large enough. They usually have pretty long lead time to come so you need to schedule in advance. So don't wait until your equipment is about to expire and hope to expect them to be able to come by the next day and calibrate everything for you. The process takes time but they do a good job.

Our job requires 70% of outside calibration so we work with SIMCO on daily bases we contact and we set up a drop off pick up day twice a week. so they send a tech to pick up equipment and inform them and they return with information about completed or incomplete equipment

overall, simco is a very capable calibration house. they are responsive over e-mail, not as good over the phone. they offer equipment pick up and drop off if the calibration service doesn’t meet their minimum PO amount for on-site calibration. on one instance, i found out that they double booked, but hopefully that was just because they were busy while moving facilities.

We procure a variety of testing components for calibrating our assembly systems. We were impressed with their product quality and level of customer service. Their sales and management team are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to ensure we explore all viable product solutions. They offer a solid selection of time tested and reliable solutions. We currently use SIMCO electronics for contracting all of our calibrated tools and equipments for use on our medical devices at work. Very useful and reliable contract calibration service. They are a good source, fast and dependable services. Definitely meets our requirements for calibration. Overall satisfied with the results. Never had any issues with equipments or tool used on the testing process. Fast shipping. Great customer service

For a calibration services company, we reviewed a number before committing to Simco for the balance of quality/attention of work and their pricing. There were other places i found to be cheaper but hesitant and others more expensive that i didn't find warrant the price.
Simco has been good thus far and we have been pleased with their service. Excellent customer service and response

Generally they do a good job at calibration of equipment at your location or theirs. Their database seems to be effective at sending notifications of upcoming cal due date, although we don't rely on that. As with any outside calibration vendor, they do require some initial supervision, as they are not immediately familiar with the wide array of equipment they calibrate.

They are a decent calibration company. SIMCO is very willing to help out when their product isn't up to par or as expected. However they can be difficult to get a hold of and schedule a time to meet with them. Not sure if they are just busy or they are have too much going on their plate.

They're services are used to test and calibrate our medical devices at work. Definitely meets our medical manufacturing specifications of calibrated tools and equipments. Highly recommended vendor to use for all calibration services. Great customer support. On time shipments

We utilize SIMCO for all of our calibration needs. Every few months they spend a few days in house calibrating equipment. Those few days onside are extremely productive. However, I have noticed that some equipment takes a whole when we send it in for calibration. It would be nice to get slightly faster turnaround on these jobs.

Simco Electronics specializes in calibration services. We had a little trouble trying to get an on-site visit for service so in the end they came down to our facility and picked up our equipment, turn around time was descent took the 3-4 days to get it back to us.

I had used Simco in the past for equipment calibration. They have excellent service also they are local. There was time that I drop off the equipment and pickup the next day. That is a plus in some situation, also they have decent price on their calibration.

Scheduled a time for calibration. Simco service techs arrived on time and performed the needed calibration in a timely manner. We had to add additional equipment and they were able to take the units with them to calibrate. Good pricing with knowledgable staff

a great resource if you were to out source your calibration services. the staff is very friendly and do on-site calibrations for you. some items may need to be taken back to their facility, but the vast majority can be done on-site for you. very competitive pricing

Our company use SIMCO for calibrate our production & R&D equipments. They have great service either in house or on site calibration. We are happy with their services and did not have any problem with their calibration.

Excellent vendor for calibration needs, but they are fairly busy, so it is a good idea to follow-up with the rep to make sure your appointment is still on the books. They do good work though.
