They offer a range of material analysis tests that are helpful during failure analysis or for general prototype characterization. The staff is well-educated in the strengths and limitation of each type of test and can offer help as to choosing which method would be the best for a particular issue.

I've used both Nelson and Toxikon to perform biocomp testing. The reason for going between the two is sometimes there are obscure tests that the regulatory body is looking for and only one will perform it while the other doesn't.
