Sprint

When I worked as a manager for a set of stores, we originally used sprint as the supplier of our corporate phones and cell service. We only used sprint due to the cheap prices they had on their phones. We soon found out however just how bad Sprint's service was. The cell service range is simply terrible, as you can either never call or start a call and then likely drop it due to terrible service. Sprint's customer service is also extremely slow as most customer service attendees really do not have a clue what they are doing, or how to help you. The real only positive about Sprint is the good prices they have on almost any phone. I do not recommend them as a cell service provider, and recommend that you go to a different provider such as Verizon.

my experience with sprint was good for the price up until i lost my phone then they turned ugly and didn't wanna help me replace my phone, it sounded like this "we apologize for your inconvenience but we cant help you"

Strengths: they give discounts if you work for certain companys

Needs to improve: there is no wiggle room when it comes to phone insurance, and you getting a replacement even if you have the highest possible insurance you still have to pay 150 dollars to get a new one.

We started off our business mobile plan with sprint primarily due to the cost as they offered quality devices, solutions and packages at a competitive rate. However, as our needs grew and we wanted the latest technologies, we opted for another provider. Since we also travel internationally, we wanted more GSM based options rather than Spring's network. Customer service was always pleasant throughout and they do offer great value. Would love to revert back but our needs have changed.

not the best company to go for your business phone/data needs. price is cheap, but coverage, reliability and speed are lacking. although i'll still take sprint over ATT out of principle.

We'd love to keep working with Sprint if it wasn't for the coverage issue and dropped calls.

The only problem I have with sprint is that their area of coverage needs to improve. The area that I live after has areas thE don't have any service agenda all. I get dropped calls. That is the only thing they need to improve in.

I carry sprint services for about 2 years until I which over to another provider. I wasn't happy with dropped calls and 4G networking services lacking in my area!

My work offers sprint service discounts. Which is great! They offer reliable service at an affordable price. I currently have sprint and I gotta say never had an issue with dropped calls.

Sprint is okay. They have some good phones with good data plans but when making phone calls, calls usually drop. Well for me that is.
