i feel like i'm cattle being herded when i take southwest. everyone fighting for seats... not the best situation to be in with a large group.
dirty, old airplanes.
Strengths: cheap!
Needs to improve: seating arrangements
when you call for help, most of the verizon staff are very helpful
when you have complaints, they will apologize and move on. instead of offering some monetary apology... customer service could use some work.

this phone is so easy to use and with applecare, you are ensured to continue to have a good experience using the product (for a price!)
if you drop your phone a lot, i'd suggest applecare plus.

i've been using a wireless logitech mouse for years now! i think i've only had to change the battery twice. i love it!

i often visit starbucks. i have a mildly complicated order. they mostly always get it right and mostly always spell my name wrong. it has now become a game of how ridiculous you can spell my name.
drinks are pricey!
food sits out- i've seen flies near the desserts before

i flew jet blue and although the flight was delayed, the staff made sure every person on the flight was taken care of. we all got free movies for the duration of the flights. on a 6 hour flight, that's important!
flight attendant gave me snacks and water no matter how many times i asked! he was a class act, hilarious and social. too bad all flight attendants aren't like him.

i've had good and bad experiences with american. but every time i have talked to them on the phone, they've been nothing but helpful. now with the acquisition of us airways, frequent fliers now have more choices on airlines to use their points!

I have used digikey to order parts many times. thankfully my company has a direct site with them, which is extremely fast and easy. parts can arrive within two days. when i have had to use their public site, i noticed their site could use some new aesthetics
