We would make the switch again. Though the pricing is a bit high compared to their competitors, the value in having consistent coverage is superb.

Strengths: Our previous provider would have dead spots in certain parts of the city. Since switching last month, we have much better coverage. Their wireless coverage map is solid in California.

Needs to improve: The speed of their network is not the fastest, but definitely serviceable.

I was planning to change to Verizon from AT&T, but they have the same problem I have with my carrier which is long contract and no unlimited data. Worst of all, I have to buy new phones for the whole family because we won;t be able to use our existing ones on their network.

I switched from T-Mobile for more reliable communication; I travel a lot of interstates and would lose service outside of metro areas w/T-Mobile. Verizon is much better, but still not perfect (I lose signal around state borders and many remote areas). Service is almost 2x as much, but you pay for reliability.

Strengths: Best reception, rural reception.

Needs to improve: Pricey.

We use verizon to supply all of our employees with telephone service. While we pay more for their service compared to the other providers, my job requires lots of communication and travel and it is important we have a reliable network at all times.

Working at my previous job. I would have to go to remote places to customers locations. I wish I had verizon wireless at the time because while my phone was roaming. Our customers workers would have verizon and have reception with no problem. Seems like they have towers everywhere.

Our company switched to Verizon and None of my co-workers or I have had any dropped calls since switching. It is great not having any business calls drop in the middle of an important conversasition.

I came in to Verizon to start my small business line. They really helped me set up all the accounts and gave me a discount on accessories. I have never had a problem with Verizon and would recommend it to anyone!!

i had a bad new phone and they send me a refurbish . I thought they would send me a new phone. but customer service didn't resolve the problem

I was given a Verizon phone by an employer and did have a good experience with them. The call quality is excellent when you can get a signal. Not impressed with Verizon especially when on travel.

Recently my firm switch to Verizon Wireless,their staffs are very easy to work with our firm has branches in 4 different states, since we use Verizon the phone receptions are good, never have any dropped calls, the network is fast efficient.

We have corporate discount on Verizon that we can leverage for our business that we can used when doing presentation in the field where we need internet connection. Verizon have good network coverage and very minimal dead spot.

I had to go to areas for work that I don't think I can get good reception without roaming. But verizon still has bars.

Another corporate phone supplier we use. The quality of phones and network has many of our employees using them. The prices are good for service plans and the reliability of the service is very consistent.

Great cellular service although they do not offer the best data plans as before but still are one of the greatest service providers out there in my opinion.

I used to be a Verizon customer. Their phone coverage is better than AT&T. They do offer corporate discounts but as with all phone carriers, they lock you into a contract

I've always thought Verizon was very reliable for both cell signal and customer service experience.

Strengths: Fast, reliable service. Cell phone signal is available almost everywhere. Customer service is friendly and prompt.

Verizon is 1 of 2 companies that we use for cellular providers at my company. They provide exceptional service.

when you call for help, most of the verizon staff are very helpful

when you have complaints, they will apologize and move on. instead of offering some monetary apology... customer service could use some work.
