We receive multiple shipments daily from a number of carriers, and OnTrac is one of the few that have yet to disappoint us. Their drivers handle all the packages with great care and are always very friendly and professional.

Strengths: OnTrac is very reliable. They deliver on time and we have yet to receive a damaged shipment.

Needs to improve: So far, there hasn't been any weaknesses that we've experienced with OnTrac.

I needed to purchase a replacement cord for an office projector system. I had no idea what I was looking for, luckily the representatives at Frys did. They showed me what I needed and even explain what it did, how to connect it, and what might have caused the old cord to malfunction.

Strengths: They have great customer service. Each time I spoke with a representative, they knew exactly what I needed and explained my options clearly. They were very helpful.

Needs to improve: There aren't many locations to choose from. It would be great if there was one closer to our office, but its worth the drive.

Ordering online is easy with OfficeMax and they offer a In-Store Pick Up option that comes in handy when your in a time crunch. I like that they offer items in a variety of styles too, making purchasing office supplies a little more fun.

Strengths: They have a good selection of products for the workplace and home office. Many of there items come in different styles so you personalize your work area.

Needs to improve: Compared to a few of their competitors, they can be a bit more pricey. Even the generic version or "OfficeMax" brand items are priced higher than other sites.

Costco is great for break room and event catering purchases. If you are planning a "Costco Run" try to go first thing in the morning because come lunch time, that place gets packed!

Strengths: Costco is perfect for office events, lunches, and celebrations. We often have social gathers for our office and buying in bulk is a must. It saves us tons of money and the selection of sandwich, fruit, veggie and desert party trays, makes the set up a breeze.

Needs to improve: There have been times when we are looking for a certain item and they no longer carry it. The consistency of the brand varies, but there's normally a good alternative.

We were looking for special laptop mailers and I was able to find the exact type of box we needed. It was about $5 dollars cheaper then other sites and our shipment was delivered the next day.

Strengths: Uline has a huge inventory selection, making it easy to find exactly what you need. They sell a variety of specialty boxes that you can't find on other sites.

Needs to improve: The search option on the website isn't the best. It can be difficult to find an item without the item number.

We ordered custom company calendars from Vista Print this year. In past years similar calendars were costing us more than double the price! Vista Print was extremely easy to use, had great image generators and was delightfully inexpensive! Our order came in quickly and the quality of the product was great.

We have ordered a number of personalized items from Zazzle and are always pleased with the products. Recently we need to have a trophy made for an upcoming event and were surprised to find that Zazzle doesn't offer them as an option.

Needs to improve: Because there are not many around, finding a nearby location can be challenging.

When ordering small group lunches, Specialty's is great option. The website will let you customize and name each sandwich which makes handing them out a lot easier. Depending on the size of the order, pick up is usually available within 15 minutes. And they offer great perks like free meals with accumulated orders.

We offer UPS shipping as a resource to our employees and there have been many occasions where the delivery driver will inform me that he has additional packages for our office that he can not locate, causing him to make multiple deliveries. When we do receive the packages, often times the boxes are damaged.

Needs to improve: The only complaint we have is with the "Prime Services" Compatible Devices. Currently these mobile services are not compatible with Droid devices. If we pay for a Prime Membership, we shouldn't be limited to utilizing the perks on Mac (iPhones) devices!

Office Depot has great purchase rewards and the prices are almost always lower than other supply chains.

Needs to improve: The delivery speeds could be a little quicker. Many times only a portion of our order is delivered the next day and we end up waiting a few days for the remainder. Staples usually delivers your order the next day.

I've found that many items can be found on other sites for much less. Unless we need the item the next day, I usually order from Amazon.com or OfficeDepot.com now.

Needs to improve: Staples corporate (staplesadvantage.com) web site needs a lot of improvements. There are close to NO advantages to using this site over the general public site (staples.com). Many items available on the general site can not be found on the corporate site, the ones that are available are barely discounted (some not discounted at all), the search tool isn't very helpful either. Unless you have the staples item number, your better office browsing the categories than using the search option.

Our order was for a replacement fridge at our work office. Home Depot's site let us choose at day and time slot that worked best for us. Other sites only give you a delivery window of days which makes it hard to coordinate the installation with the office.
