Cold Chain Technologies

When I worked as a manager at a small store, we had products such as food items that require refrigerating. Cold Chain has very good shipping of items that require differential temperatures. Their customer service is the absolute best, and help you with your shipping order with an unrivaled efficiency. They also have fast shipping, and really did get our orders to us within a week. (they will do hot or cold items). I will finally also say that they have great prices, and are a great company.

Needs to improve: Occasional bad customer service

When we had trouble getting down to the quality problem we were having shipping our product we turned to Cold Chain Technologies for their analytic expertise in transportation solutions. They were able to find what our problem was in a very high tech way and also present solutions to the situation. I honestly had no idea that this was even a possibility and was amazed of how they were able to break down the problem and find a cost effective way to prevent the problem that was happening. Would highly recommend them to others.

Cold Chain Technologies are experts at what they do, which is packaging materials/products that are sensitive to temperature. They do a great job of maintaining the required constant temperature for shipping purposes. However, due to stringent temperature requirements, the service is pricey. Nevertheless, based on quality and end results, we recommend them.
