Great customer service, lots of remote locations where there are not other rental companies

Strengths: "WE pick you up" they come to your business and you don't have to find a ride.

Needs to improve: Limited types of vehicles. Ok pricing

Customer service has always been good. Anytime I have any issue with a vehicle or a complaint, they are accommodating.

Strengths: Great prices with a lot of selections.

Needs to improve: Cars may be outdated at times and/or poor condition

Great customer service and staff very friendly plan on using them again they should invest in a wider selection of vehicles in my opinion

Excellent customer service. Was able to rent a car for a week at the last minute and at an affordable rate.

I usually go thru Enterprise when booking thru work.

Strengths: They have great service compared to most other services. Their lines move a lot faster than most.

At two instances, I have had used Enterprise, both times the service was good.

I rented an suv an it was excellent. Really clean and smelled good an no mechanical problems
