Enterprise Rent A Car

its a rental car agency, they are about the same as everyone else. although it was a bit odd feeling when i totally got bumrushed by their staff at the denver airport once. definitely felt like their commercial about hiring all former college athletes. they were definitely young and eager to help....a bit too overwhelming....but good for them. i got my car fine and everything was good. in general, enterprise is a solid rental agency, neutral in general for me, except for the one time i got massively harasses about a scratch...

Strengths: everywhere

Needs to improve: nit picky

On several occasions, I have shown up to pick my previously arranged rental car only to find that there aren't any cars on the lot. The solution: either drive 30 minutes to the next location or wait an hour for them to shop more cars over.

Most recently, I called to cancel a reservation. For the last week, I have been receiving phone calls letting me know that my car is ready for pick up. Not sure why I called to cancel.

Strengths: Affordable rentals cars and convenient locations.

Needs to improve: Not the most reliable car rental service.

I've had a bad experience with Enterprise. The car was dirty and I got charged a lot for the filling the gas tank. I would not recommend them for renting cars.

My experience with them has always been pretty good. It's the bad experiences that stand out, and I don't have any with Enterprise.

Strengths: Enterprise always seems to be more professional than the other car rental agencies. Their cars are always clean and they go over the checklist with you before you take off. When you go in without a reservation, their lines don't take forever like some companies.

Needs to improve: Like most companies, they try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff you don't need. They tend not to be the lowest cost provider in most cities.

Went through them a couple times for company travel, never had a bad experience. The prices were covered by the company, so I cant say for sure if they're better or worse than other places, but the cars are in great shape and the employees know what they're doing and don't feel like they're trying to do you dirty.

Strengths: Simple system to work with and helpful employees. Easy to find.

Needs to improve: Sometimes the car selection isn't very great.

Excellent service! Eve when I've had to wait during a busy travel time, the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Strengths: Enterprise has locations everywhere! The staff that I've encountered has always been friendly and informative. I've even been offered upgrades at no extra charge when they didn't have the car I reserved.

Needs to improve: Sometimes you have to wait to pick up your car, depending on the time of day or day you are traveling.

Customers service has always been very good at Enterprise, their representatives are very helpful in choosing a good vehicle for a vacation. The pricing and return times are however problematic at times especially if you go over slightly on your estimated return time.

Strengths: Efficient service by picking up clients instead of having them drive to location.

Needs to improve: Limited selection of vehicles and okay pricing per-day.

I usually use Enterprise anytime I need to rent a car. They have good customer service, good car selection, and are reliable when it comes to honoring reservations. I did notice that the cheapest prices come from 3rd party websites so you have to make an effort to find a good deal.

Very good times staff friendly. Store easy to get too. Located in a nice town. No problems with my return no hidden charges

Strengths: Can get a car quick. Great rates. Full insurance for pretty cheap. Clean vehicles. Location is in a small strip mall convenient location. Great customer service here very friendly

Needs to improve: I've only used this location once. Other then the back passenger tire being low on air...nothing

The many locations throughout the country makes their lack of car model choices fairly insignificant.

Strengths: The strength of Enterprise Rent A Car is that they have many locations throughout the country, which makes finding a nearby location fairly easily.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Enterprise Rent A Car is that they don't have a large variety of cars to choose from - at least from my experiences.

I use Enterprise often when traveling. They have a wide variety of cars, easy reservation process, easy pick up and drop off process. I really do not have any complaints and I would recomend them.

Strengths: Enterprise has car rental sites in many locations including all major airports. They have a very easy pickup and drop off process and good customer service.

I used them because they were local for a personal trip. for some reason it takes forever to get a car from them. Other than that they are on par with everyone else

We used them for business trips and their cars can be dirty interior wise but car ran fine. Would prefer to use other rental options.

Needs to improve: The cars aren't quite maintained interior wise and seems to be dirty and smells at times.

Great service here - we were helped and got our car all within half an hour of arriving to the counter. The airport shuttle to/from is very convenient. Easy pickup and easy drop-off too. Absolutely no problems and I would highly recommend them.

Ive been here to rent vehicles a few times they usually have a car on the lot to rent out and if not they get one fron thw other lot down the street. Always been helpful

Needs to improve: Almost always has a long line, and a slow check-in process. Check-in on the phone is slow as well. Best to book company travel through the internet first, it'll save at least a bit of time.

Looking at quotes for car rentals on suvs. In my location area are closed or closes early on sunday. Deal breaker for me.

While the customer service was great, the quality of the cars were on par with being used a lot.

Needs to improve: The cars seem to have gone through a lot and were rough around the edges.

Our company gets a discount with enterprise as well as hertz. I prefer Hertz when I have a choice between the two.

Strengths: Cheaper prices, fair selection of cars

Needs to improve: Customer service is not as good as Hertz.

Overall one of the better Rental Car services. It's a bit more pricey, but the service and vehicles are usually on point.
