We have used Premier Staffing in the past to fill some contract positions in manufacturing. They do an excellent job in screening all the candidates, performing background checks and drug testing. We were very happy with their services but the hourly rates for the workers that they provided was much higher than what other temp agencies charge.

Strengths: Premier Staffing provides services to help with all aspects of contract talent acquisition. They can provide hourly contract workers for manufacturing operations, admin support, pay roll and document control.

Strengths: They are honest. They offer reliable, good jobs to their candidates. They offer honest advice to each candidate so they know exactly what role they are applying for, if they are a suitable candidate for that job, and if it is a job they would enjoy and be good at. They communicate every step of the way which is fabulous!

Needs to improve: They might not always have the perfect job available for every one of their candidates.

We contracted Premier staffing to provide us with temps during our busy season. We were pleased with the candidate quality as the less time we needed to train, the more useful. Customer service kept us update throughout and they provided a handful of talented contributors in a short time frame. Will hire again.

They have high quality admin candidates. The staffing team is professional and listens to what your needs are. I would recommend them for filling any admin or temp roles.

Our firm has used Premier in the past to help compile and screen lists of candidates. They are fast and responsive, but can be a bit pricey
