The no change fee is head and shoulders above what the other carriers can provide.

Strengths: Southwest excels at low price, quality service. The web interface is extremely easy to navigate. We use this vendor to book all our executive travel.

Needs to improve: They do not provide service in every city.

I use them as often as i can when travelling. they have great prices and a great rewards program. They are very rarely late and the service is very good.

Southwest is my go to travel provider for both business and personal airfare. Their rewards program is top notch and I also use their chase credit card for points. Free cancellations is a huge positive.

very economical flights. but i truly detest the whole cow herding experience of getting on board. stuff you have to sacrifice for cheap flights

I like taking southwest when on travel. they generally run on time and the prices are great. the rewards program is great as well.

Southwest is great and affordable for local flights. Don't think I would choose them to fly cross country though.
