When we initially contacted Medline, we found them to have excellent customer service and hassle-free ordering. The products are top notch and the prices are very reasonable. Some of our consumer electronics require custom machined parts and Doerksen Precision Products always delivers the best quality at reasonable prices. They are very clear in communication with customers and set realistic expectations with quick turn around times, even on custom fabrications.

Our company ordered several different kinds of containers and packing supplies from Berlin Packaging and were simply blown away by the customer service and quality. The prices are a bit high, but the quality of the products was worth every penny. Our clients raved about the lengths we had gone through to ensure safe delivery and we only have Berlin Packaging to thank.

We recently ordered some springs to replace some of our more worn springs. They had very accommodating and friendly customer service. The prices for excellent for the types of springs we needed, and the shipments were received very quickly. We will be looking to use Century Springs for all our future spring needs.

Very well made ultrasonic cleaners from a highly recommended company. Recently had an expensive part on one of our machines fail and were promptly sent a replacement part at no charge. Their customer service is excellent and they provide great products.

We have ordered many products from Sony to keep our office running smoothly and most if not all their products are still working as well as they did when we first acquired them.

Strengths: Very large and high quality selection of products at reasonable prices. Good Customer service and are willing to work to time constraints.

Needs to improve: Prices may be on the high side for some products, Sony is unwilling to budge on some wholesale item type transactions.

Best Buy does price match the competition. and has adequate service with easy to navigate storefronts.

Strengths: Easy to find locations with a large amount of components and computer/office supplies and very convenient open hours to grab and go in a pinch.

Needs to improve: Prices are oftentimes the same or higher than the competition, and many of the staff are not as technically knowledgeable as they could be

Great Service, knowledgeable employees, unbeatable prices.

Strengths: Very large warehouse type facility with almost all needs covered in one location. Very convenient locations with easy to navigate aisles and very competitive wholesale prices. Membership card is well worth the price

Needs to improve: Employees are oftentimes hard to locate, as the stores are generally very large and costco stores can be very busy most of the day.

Frys generally has very good service with electrical components with weekly deals, and are willing to price match to most competitors. Makes it very easy to go in and out and grab what I need

Strengths: Very large supply of computer and electrical components in a easy to find warehouse type environment. Knowledgeable working staff.

Needs to improve: Oftentimes very crowded and cluttered environment

Customer service is very quick and efficient, payment to others is quick and received in a short period of time.

Strengths: Very easy to use interface, relatively quick responses to payment issues

Needs to improve: Fees seem slightly high for the services that paypal provides
