In general they are very professional and easy to work with. I think they should work on their customer service. I mean it was 9:00 PM at work and I wanted to go home but I was stuck with some guy from ADP answering my questions on the phone, and I wasn't getting great answers.

Strengths: They have reasonable prices.
They give quality customer service.

Needs to improve: If you have any questions they don't give very informational and accurate answers. There reports aren't very clear.

Many departments at my job have workstations and assembly lines. These are some strong and high quality equipment. We use Philips Lighting for all our equipment for clean room. Quite pricey but the quality is worth it.

Strengths: Great work stations and assembly line equipment. We also use Philips Lighting for flow meters and gauges.

Needs to improve: They are pretty pricey.

This is a friendly and nice Target store. Normally, I hate going to chain stores in different areas because the layouts get me all out of whack and I get frustrated when I find the bathing suits where the foods should be, but now that I've been to TWO places that had the same format, I gave it a chance. Customer service is pretty awesome here to. The guy in the electronics department was pretty knowledgeable on phones and tablets.

Strengths: They're really reliable and reasonably priced. They have air conditioning, a Starbucks, and free Wi-Fi. They have a vast inventory and I always see employees stocking the shelves with product. They even added a fresh produce section.

Needs to improve: Their only weakness is their fresh produce is a little over-priced. But that's ok because I don't use Target for fresh produce.

I went to autumn express with a flash drive containing the 13 files I needed to print. The woman told me that because my files weren't in an "approved" format, I had to pay an extra $30 for 'labor' costs. My other option was to go home and convert the images to PDF. Because I was in a crunch, I drove home, saved the files in a PDF format (took me less than a minute), and went back to get them printed. After all that, the quality of the print job turned out to be just terrible. You've been warned.

Strengths: They have no strengths whatsoever other than maybe a clean store.

Needs to improve: They're overpriced, rude, and unreliable. The store is really small too so most of the time it's overcrowded. And then their employees are disrespectful toward their customers. Then the sad part is, I'm forced to go here because we don't have anymore places like this in the area.

Let me start off by saying that I come here way too often for my own good. I know I'm normally only supposed to come here for drugs and other things used for testing but it's too tempting. My trips to the CVS happen tri-weekly, sometimes quad-weekly. It's probably because I'm starting to get into that whole extreme couponing thing and CVS doesn't exactly help with their crazy sales. I also really like that they have a lot more variety than Walgreens down the street. Four stars for steep sales, friendly and informed staff, and overall awesome.

Strengths: Everything their is as cheap as dirt. And I mean the good way. We normally come to get some drugs needed for testing, but not Walgreens. Compared to Walgreens, they have loads of quality. I see employees constantly walking around the store seeing if anyone needs help. The cashiers are great too.

Needs to improve: None.

We always use UPS for deliveries made off of Amazon and eBay. Shipping is always cheap and quick. They handle all packages with care. Whenever we order things we always use UPS. They're very reliable.

We use Amazon for almost everything. At least 80% of the stuff we buy comes from Amazon. It's really reliable because it ships really quickly. For example, a month ago our bathroom sink' pipe had a leak so we had to get a new pipe from Amazon. It arrived in two days. And it was cheap with free shipping. I would definitely recommend Amazon.

Strengths: Well, you can't really say what's affordable on Amazon and what's not because of their vast amount of products But I can say that they deliver quickly. Your item arrives in at most four days. And most of their products' shipping is free.

Needs to improve: There are really no weaknesses for Amazon.

I went to the Apple store to solve a problem AT&T could not solve. I went with no appointment and took a chance, I was not kept waiting long about 20 minutes. I was helped by Elliott who told me he was "not a genius" but would try to help, not only did he help he found the problem with the help of another genius. They sent me back to AT&T armed with knowledge and then I got the phone fixed.

Strengths: Great customer service. As soon as I walked in I was helped immediately. A man named Elliott was asking questions what do I need, how can he help me. The prices they charge are kind of affordable.

Needs to improve: Every time I go there it's always overcrowded. So many people were in need of associates half the people the were were employees. They seriously need to work on that.

Here you get the real gold star treatment, service at a level that one usually doesn't associate with Radio Shack. I'm glad it's the one closest to my work, because while at work is when I usually think of some random cable or adapter that I'm lacking. These guys can figure out exactly what I want, even from my most tedious and babbling descriptions, and then they also know exactly where it's located.

Strengths: Customer service was very nice. I received an affordable product with a broad range to choose from. It's not overcrowded at all and it's pretty common. You could probably find one within a few mile from you.

Needs to improve: None

I absolutely love this place! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. I understand that when a holiday comes demand is high so I can understand that times are not guaranteed. I would prefer this over flowers any day. Has never ruined any of my orders at all. Redeliveries are great but I know sometimes they are too busy so they always try to work with me! Overall this place is the best I've been to so far.

Strengths: The cakes, muffins, and other sweets taste great and fresh. They're affordable and convenient. Their website has a broad range of sweets to choose from. It's really amazing.

Needs to improve: They can work on their time though. It took hours for the product to be ready.

I ordered online, tried to pick up from the store, when I got there, could not find any parking at all, had to double park then rushed to the store. ID was checked, order summary print was checked, credit card was asked, I told the guy named 'walking' (or something like that) that I was just helping my boss to pick it up and asked a break. He insisted me to pay with my personal credit card, I told him that was not for me, it was for the business. He refused me like a idiot by saying 'good bye' to me.
They threw the pizzas away in the trash can maybe? Or sold to someone else? Dominos pizzas sucks! I will never order from them again!

My overall experience was great. Last week I had to work late so we ordered pizza for dinner and I have to say,..... THAT'S THE BEST PIZZA I,VE EVER HAD. So go buy yourself a Round Table pizza.

Strengths: Round Table pizza is amazing. It's WAY better than Domino's, Pizza Hut, and much more. And it's affordable. The customer service is great and it's not crowded at all.

I had no problem with OfficeMax other than their bad customer service. If you don't mind a rude cashier and want to get affordable office supplies, go to OfficeMax.

I would NOT recommend this place for any home appliances or for your business. Other than their prices the place sucks.

Needs to improve: You gotta be kidding me, with this place. I had to ring the bell to summon someone to help me find the right size bolts. That's fine, I get it, but waited ten minutes and in the meantime two employees came behind the counter, ignored me, worked with other customers, and walked away. I was starting to think that I accidentally wore my Harry Potter cloak of invisibility. It's hard to miss me at 6'6 but they managed to. Got my items FINALLY and went to the self-checkout. Bad experience.

I love it. Everyone was kind and happy to help me out and point where everything is. And it's really affordable too.

Strengths: For an Office Depot, this place is awesome! I love that the employees are so attentive from the time that you enter the store. If you are looking for something and you ask, they walk you to the exact location. They also know their products, which is great.

Needs to improve: Everything is great and they have nothing to work on.

Everything was great. I got a working affordable nice printer that arrived really fast. I'd definitely recommend it.

Strengths: Last week our old printer broke so we had to buy a new one. I came to Logitech. I made the right choice. It was affordable and on time. Amazing.

Needs to improve: They don't really have any weaknesses; they did everything right and I have no complaints.

Everything was great except for their prices. I love their service.

Strengths: Great service with a smile, typical of other Home Depots except Colma's. These folks really went out of their way to help a guy on a Saturday night struggle and getting this cut down to size so that it can fit in the car, in addition to purchasing a myriad of other items.

Needs to improve: I think they were a little over priced though. I needed to buy some pipes for our bathroom and they were kind of expensive.

Everything about the store was great. Great service, no crowding. It's just their prices that are the problem.

Strengths: Last week we just needed a new printer because the old one broke. The service was great, and the lady at the counter was very nice.
