Cintas Document Management

My experience with Cintas has always been good. Theyre representatives come in at least once every two weeks and ask my guys and myself what we need and he is sure to deliver on the next visit.

Strengths: My company has a contract with Cintas because we can rely on their products to be handy when anyone gets injured on the job. Their first aid kit comes with everything you need from eye washes to antibacterial ointment and burn cream. In my field of work you can never have too many of any of these because youre bound to run into a problem and they keep us well equipped with whatever we need.

Needs to improve: I believe Cintas does need to work a little in keeping track of the expiration dates on some of their products. They do still work when theyre expired but its just comforting to know that anything we put on ourselves is in good condition and useable.

Cintas clean room supplies are of good quality. Service is reliable. But you have to be careful regarding product stuffing. At two small startups, they serviced our First Aid Kits. Each month they would come by to check and refill our Kits. Given the small number of people the first aid kits were rarely used. Yet the Cintas person would stuff the kits with new/extra items, that weren't needed and bill us for them.

We been contracting with cintas for quite a while now. We were looking for fair price uniforms that can ship us many sizes and big orders. We have found cintas through a client and they do amazing work with lots of different type of uniforms. There site has many to choose from, which makes it great and easy to order from. Everything is peace of mind with working with Cintas. We order many different fire proof uniforms for our team and they love their quality. Can't say too much negative things about this company. Great job!

Cintas is a vendor for the hospital that i work at and they provide a good majority of the safety equipment and hospital staff apparel. I have been working with their staff for the past couple years placing orders, making recommendations, and offering suggestions for modifications and they have been very receptive to our requests and ideas. Their pricing is very competitive and we have all been very happy with the quality of product that they provide for us. Their staff is very friendly and easy to work with and they are willing to work with you to create a custom product that fits your needs.

We order various gowns, masks and other lab and clean room type accessories for our R&D Division from Cintas. They get the job done and there haven't been any complaints with regards to quality or turnaround time. Those are the 2 most important issues as we want to make sure our staff is protected and that fulfillment occurs immediately with no delays. Customer service is always attentive and helpful. Flexibility with our orders also help and they make it a point not to disturb the facilities during delivery by accommodating our schedules. Accurate estimates, quick turnaround and quality of protection keep us ordering from Cintas. Great overall experience

We have purchased Cintas's first aid products for legal and other reasons at our gym facilities. They will sell full stocked first aid kits that come with anything anyone would need in the time first aid would need to be administered. They additionally are very good at doing large orders and will easily be able to work with somebody who his buying multiple kits such as a school or office building. Finally as a note, the staff at Cintas is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for their first aid kits that are high quality and come at a great price.

I know there are other companys out there, one company was trying to get me switch over, this other company would have been about $50 less per week, but I choose to stick with Cintas, Andy over there always takes good care of me.

Strengths: I have been using Cintas for my crews uniforms for 6+ years now.They always show up to drop off clean uniforms and pick up dirty uniforms as scheduled. I can tell you this I am amazed that they are always able to remove oil and grease stains with no problems at all.

Needs to improve: In the 6+ years I have been using them, they have probably lost about 10 items. How ever they always take care of it.

Good quality products, that We use on a daily basis, and we literally use them all day. Disposable gowns, shoe covers, bonnets,masks, gloves, as well as other materials. They're good quality, durable, and we feel safe and protected when we wear them, we have alot of confidence that these garments won't tear or come apart while we're in an isolation room. We're never short of these supplies, as our supplies are always delivered on time, and our orders are always in bulk. Great prices, fast deliveries and good customer service! I highly recommend this company!

We have these in about 5-7 locations just in our production department alone. They're as easy to notice as a fire extinguisher due to their bright white color scheme, and they're mounted on the wall at eye level. They're a bit small, however, and I do notice that there a few supplies we don't put in the cabinets strictly for space reasons. It would be great if we had enough room for finger braces and/or wrist braces, which have been some of our most recent injuries. Getting quick support to injured muscles/joints/bones can really make all the different in the long run.

our pharmacy uniform is from Cintas which includes the smock for the pharmacy as well as the uniform for the technicians. For the lab coats, they come in all designs from long to short in length as well as long and short sleeved. for the technician, they come in different designs and colors as well. we order from them bulk for better pricing. the quality is good and material is thick. only downside is the sizing can be off depending on what design you choose. some of our employees had to return/exchange due to such huge differences in sizes

We contracted Cintas First Aid & Safety for first aid kits and uniforms. Safety is the number one priority to us but we do understand that accidents happen and we always want to be prepared if anything happens. Cintas first aid kits have come in handy over the years. We also get our uniforms from Cintas as well. They're well-made and durable. We haven't had any complaints about them. Customer service at Cintas is great. They're always available to answer any of our questions. Very knowledgeable and professional. Overall great experience with them.

Our company used Cintas to provide uniforms. They had a pick up and drop off schedule for the uniforms so our workers would not run out. There were usually extras just in case anything happened. Whenever we were in a crunch, Cintas provided a solution that got us through the situation. We would recommend them for uniforms rentals

CintAs will always come around and ask us how we are doing and they also do a great job on our uniforms. They always smell fresh and clean. They also keep the first aide supplies kept up so we are never out of things. Great service as well as company

Strengths: CintAs comes to our job and fills all of our first aide boxes. They put band aides and ibuprofen and eye wash and many other things. They also take care of our rugs and uniforms. Once a week they will do this.

When I worked as a small store manager we made all of our employees dry clean their clothes through Cintas. The laundry services at Cintas are the absolute best as their launderers do the job fast and without any wrinkles or anything in the clothes whatsoever. They additionally at Cintas have excellent prices and great friendly launderers that make you want to come back over and over. I highly recommend them if you need bulk laundering.

We use Cintas for their clean room supplies and document management. Their clean room supplies work very well, we get everything from hair nets, uniforms to booties. They have a huge supply everything you need to work in labs, kitchens and other sterile environments. They are very economically priced and good products. We also use Cintas for our document management. They are very safe and secure with all our documents. Confidential and professional all the way through.

Our company has used Cintas First Aid & Safety first aid kits in our warehouse and through out the whole facility for years. They are trusted and reliable. Always stocked with whatever you might need and that particular emergency calls for. There customer service is friendly and helps make the ordering simple. Turnaround time is fast and prices are great.

We the uniform services from Cintas, they provide us with uniforms and disposable hair nets, booties and gloves. They pick up the uniforms for cleaning every two weeks. We have never had any problems with the service. We also have them provide and maintain all the fire extinguishers in the building. We have never had any problems with their services.

Cintas provides all of the first aid kits around our facility. Being a car dealership, there is many first aid stations. Whenever a technician gets injured, they must be able to quickly care for the wound and get back to work. Cintas makes it easy to do so by maintaining well stocked kits which are located in convenient areas.

Strengths: Cintas first aid kits are always well stocked and kept up to date.

Needs to improve: I have found no weaknesses with Cintas.

Our employees uniform was supplied by Cintas. Uniforms speak volumes when it comes to the quality of their products, people, service and workmanship.They instantly tell us we’re in the right place, speaking to the right people.They makes life easier for employees, it eliminates decisions on what to wear and saves money on work clothing. Our company contract this company for our clean room supplies and clean room bunny suits. They have good quality equipments that can last for long also their service is very excellent providing good informations and ideas whats best for us.
