Unfortunately, my first experience with Jet Blue was not a good one.
1) Went from SFO- Nassau and they lost our baggage. Apparently, it never left SFO airport so we were without luggage for a full day. They gave us voucher for a $25 discount on a FUTURE flight. Not worth all the hassle
2) The inflight entertainment for my entire row DID NOT work. They again gave us a voucher for $25 OFF future flight to expire within a year

Strengths: In-flight entertainment system, reasonable prices

Needs to improve: Limited areas of travel

JetBlue is my favorite Airline for cross country travel. I do not like business travel especially travel to the ast coast. JetBlue makes the experience very pleasant. They have the most comfortable coach seats of all the airlines and I really like the individual monitors. They have the best customer service and the flight attendants are always very friendly. With all of this, they still manage to have the best rates.

Strengths: Excellent customer service, very good on time record, comfortable seats, clean planes, very pleasant travel experience, very competitive rates.

Needs to improve: None

i flew jet blue and although the flight was delayed, the staff made sure every person on the flight was taken care of. we all got free movies for the duration of the flights. on a 6 hour flight, that's important!

flight attendant gave me snacks and water no matter how many times i asked! he was a class act, hilarious and social. too bad all flight attendants aren't like him.

Needs to improve: delays (they couldn't help!)

Above average experience from end to end. Buying cost effectively priced tickets online. Nice checking in process. Seats were just ok, not that great. Personal entertainment system is great and very important to me. Their system is adequate. Flights were on time and flight attendants were good.

Strengths: Among the least expensive tickets! Pretty efficient boarding process and I like the way they assign seats which a lot of cheer airlines don't do.

Needs to improve: Not the most comfortable seats. Pretty bad snack selection.

My experience with Jet Blue has been good. I value their dependability and their service.

Strengths: The strength of Jet Blue Airways is their dependability of flights - it makes booking travel a lot easier knowing that airline is known for their dependability.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Jet Blue is having to book as far in advance as possible due to their popularity. This is great for Jet Blue - but for people booking travel - it can be a little bothersome.

Jetblue is one of my favorite airlines to use when i have the opportunity to. they are extremely cheap and the planes are some of the newer planes out there which also means amenities such as tvs are readily available. only issue is the limited hubs and locations, so it is tough to use them frequently. just wish they would expand at some point

This is my favorite airline for business travel. The customer service is great, I love the personal video monitors and there are lots of nonstop flights from SFO to the east coast and they have a great on time record.

Strengths: Excellent customer service, very comfortable seats, nice personal video monitors, non stop flights from west coast to east coast, low cost.

Needs to improve: None

I really like Jet Blue and fly them over other airlines. Comfort and amenities make them a great option for flying.

Strengths: Inflight room is more than other airlines which is very important to taller people like myself. They are have tvs for each person and great customer service.

Needs to improve: Their flight routes sometime do not cover areas that I need to fly.

Jet Blue is a great airline, I just wish they would expand their service and add more flights. They frequently have great flight deals, and allow one free checked bag which is a good deal these days.

Jet Blue is one of my first choices when available. I have found their customer service to be great and their plane we'll maintained. Additionally they service some smaller airports which makes navigating airports easier and more relaxing.

Strengths: Nice planes and great customer service.

Needs to improve: Limited number of airports serviced.

I used them a lot flying out of Long Beach to the Bay. They offer competitive prices and the staff alwya seems nice. They have a somewhat limited service area.

Strengths: Great prices and comfortable planes

Needs to improve: Seat selection can be tricky. I hate middle row!

I use Jet Blue often for corporate travel. I nerve have any complaint. It's a wonderful airline

Strengths: Exceptional service, friendly staff, quality aircraft, entertainment provided on all flights, reasonable pricing

Needs to improve: They don't fly to as many cities as other airlines

I use them when I cant fly SWA. The prices are great and I love the seats on board. The planes run on time or the most part and the staff is friendly.

Jet Blue is quality airline, and trips from coast to coast are great with their Direct TV.

Strengths: Good prices, Direct TV works flawlessly, and comfortable seats
