Precision Swiss Products

Used Pecisision Swiss Products to develop a several products for manufacturing, by using their expertise for screw machine fabrication to produce highly precision fabricated parts for our wands and surgical devices. Sometimes their lead-times are longer and their pricing is higher, but they have a great track record with producing high quality products, which out ways the delivery. Furthermore, we rely on their Quality Department for our FAI, certs, and COCs and they are top notch. They are a great vendor to work with, always willing to go the extra distance and very responsive when there are issues with any part(s) being fabricated; i.e., changes and revisions to fabricated parts. They seem to be able to take our last minute changes and keep producing our parts per print.

Needs to improve: They tend to slip on delivery's, there on the high side of price

We used Precision Swiss to develop a small precision screw for production use with volumes of 5K annually. They're very knowledgeable in Swiss Screw machining and produced very nice parts for us. They worked closely with us to develop the screw we needed and tried many configurations until we got the right features on the screw for our application. I would consider them as a medium size contract manufacturer. Their lead times and costs are reasonable for production parts. The one knock I have is that I think they could do a better job communicating to us on the status of the job they're running for us- there were a few times where finished goods were shipped to us without an email courtesy to let us know.

These guys are a very big company and sometimes small little guys get lost in the shuffle. As a small company we are treated fairly, but have heard murmurs of bigger companies being able to navigate the companies lines and policies easier. However we completely understand and are ready to get our hands dirty first so we can get to that level. Especially since we are new to the game and have not built that trust and rapport with PSP just yet. What we do get from them is excellent. Their lead times are perfect, we get everything quickly and built well. We're almost ready to bang with the big boys.

We contracted Precision Swiss Products for custom components in our assembly line of medical devices. They were extremely accommodating to our requests and provided great insight. They offered plenty of suggestions and cost effective solutions. Ordering from Precision was quick and easy. Accurate quotes, quick lead times, and fast delivery. We were impressed by the quality of the components. They were durable and reliable. No issues with them. Overall we're very satisfied with our experience with Precision and will continue to work with them. Highly recommend to others.

I experienced in this vendor Precision Swiss Products are that their skills are great and products are in such high quality that we are using in our company. The preciousness of its machining and reliability makes them trust their company even more because of their performance. Their services system are also great like tha customer service are friendly and nice. Shipment is on time and price is not high. I recommend this to everyone

Strengths: Our R&D department use Precision Swiss Products as a source for our prototypes. A great source to have if your are looking for quick turn around with high mix/ low volume. We have used them for our sheet metal fabrication for our prototyping projects. Their pricing is competitive and their quality is very good. Their technical and customer service is excellent and very knowledgeable. Quotes are accurate and delivery is fast.

We're a small scale assembly and use Precision Swiss to customize a precision component for our line. They have an extremely well qualified staff that helped explain the nuances to our request and provided us a few various solutions. Their product quality was great as they kept our line running efficiently. Lead time was fairly quick and customer service was always available when we needed anything.

My company reached out to Precision Swiss Products for some precision machining we needed done for a client. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. They gave accurate quotes and the turnaround time was very quick. There prices were fair. Definitely would work with this vendor again.
