Whenever my company and I buy coffee for meetings, events, or other things, we always go to Starbucks for their good, tasty, and overall high quality coffee. They also will always help to accommodate big companies and big orders which is nice, if you quickly need to pick up coffee or other items for a meeting in a jiffy. Also if your order is bigger they will generally will exceptionally make your order quicker as they prioritize it.

Needs to improve: -Prices are high on some drinks -Lesser selection of food at certain hours -Long lines during peak hours

I have had an excellent experience with Starbucks! They make catering for small and large groups very easy. You are able to call ahead and place your order which may include ANY of their items, from specialty drinks, to juices, and pastries.

Strengths: Locations are everywhere. Variety of products. Able to pre-place order for easy pick-up.

Needs to improve: Can be a bit pricey. Something to note is their bakery items are not made locally, so if you are trying to impress out of town guests then I suggest going with a local vendor for your breakfast catering needs as that will provide a more personal touch.

We use Starbucks for meetings. We are able to buy coffee in bulk. It is always the same quality in a small cup as it is in a large amount. The lines can sometimes get extremely long and the staff can be slow at making the drinks. Sometime also they will mess up and order and then put other drinks in front of the messed up drink. The staff can sometimes be unfriendly especially when there is a rush.

I go to starbucks almost every morning to pick up drinks for my team and they learned my name and orders after about a week. The only problem is that if I go in about 5-10 minutes late then I run into the rush and am caught for longer than I would like. But all in all, great drinks, friendly staff, couldn't ask for much more

Always a nice experience at starbucks as i like to do my work from their coffee shops on the weekends. free wifi is always nice! Also, I usually buy gift cards from Starbucks during the holidays as there are many locations across the US. Great for client gifting!

Strengths: Multiple locations and now calorie counting on food and drink items. The staff is friendly and quick in ht mornings as they know people are trying to get to the office

Starbucks products are the only one that I provide during meetings, afternoon tea and during the work day.

Needs to improve: There seems to be inconsistency with customer service, friendly in some place and not so friendly in other. As a corporation it is necessary to have customer service standards that are consistent no matter where the location of the franchise.

I was able to purchase gift cards to reward employees. Who doesn't like coffee? Location is ubiquitous (domestic, international and even cruise ships). Consistent product everywhere. Fast, reliable service.

Needs to improve: I brought the gift card I received from work to Hawaii and Nassau and many Starbucks locations don't accept it

When we have meetings outside of the office we use Starbucks because of their wifi hotspot as well as there comfortable environment. Could use more space so that everyone at the Starbucks can be seated comfortably. Still great place to have a small meeting a lunch

Location, location, location. With a Starbucks on every other street corner, there is always one near by. Their coffee traveler is great for keeping everyone focused during those early morning meetings and their selection of pastries keeps your meeting attendees fed. Starbucks is a relatively low cost option for catering your next meeting.

coffee and service are good with free wifi and you can charge your phone and feel at home not like some other coffee shops.

Strengths: fast and good customer service.. when i need my coffee especially when I'm in a hurry this place is go to place and its very relaxing with good music too.

Starbucks definitely provides a good, quality product and includes healthier options, which is a great bonus. For corporate events or meetings, it's best to order in advance.

Needs to improve: Pricing is on the high side for most menu items. Quality doesn't come cheap.

Starbucks makes my office function nearly ever day of the year. On certain times of the month we order a large batch and have someone pick it up as a treat. They always have great tasting coffee and can fulfill even the largest of our orders in no time.

i often visit starbucks. i have a mildly complicated order. they mostly always get it right and mostly always spell my name wrong. it has now become a game of how ridiculous you can spell my name.

Strengths: cooffe & pastries are perfect to serve for our company meeting in the morning. we love starbucks so its basically our morning breakfast.

Needs to improve: when there's a long line and your in a hurry, i wish there's more cash registers especially during rush hour.

On Fridays, we like to get a couple of cartons of coffee for the office as well as assorted pastries. Starbucks is close by which makes its very convenient. On too that, no one ever complains about Starbucks Fridays!

In my previous job the cafeteria had starbucks available for anyone. I really liked the taste and quality of the coffee.

My work provides us starbucks coffee everytime we do overtime at work my our day lively awake. Recommend this to any company out there keeps the team happy and awake

We usually buy Starbucks Coffee and baked goods whenever we have early morning meetings. They are consistent and reasonably priced and have good service.

When calling a 7am meeting you better have a box of Starbucks there along with pastries. Everyone loves Starbucks and having one on every corner helps.
