For our end-user customers, we use Pay Pal as a safe and convenient way of payment. In the unfortunate event we would have to refund a customer, Pay Pal makes it easy and very fast. Being in customer service myself, the representatives are always friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to our companies needs. Pay Pal will always be a top choice for payments in our business endeavours now and in the future.

During my travels, I will find a customer who would be more than happy to buy my samples because they just have to have it. The rates per transition is more than generous and the rebate per reader is also great. I am glad to have chosen Square over other portable payment systems. When I meet customers,I always recommend Square if they are having a problem finding a simple POS system. I see more and more customers using Square when they find out how simple and reasonable it is. Definitely a good choice for processing payments.

Needs to improve: The only issue I have with square is that their readers are very fragile and break easily

During my travels, I am unable to carry around fixtures with me because they are cumbersome. They had a great selection to accommodate my variety of products, none of my products went without being displayed nicely. I was greeted well from the staff and they were more than helpful, being in wholesale and retail, it is great to see businesses appreciate Business to Business transactions. For my annual trip, I will be going back to Man I Can for my fixtures for the trade shows.

As I travel for my job, I sometimes need to host cocktail parties for many clients after trade shows. I can always run to Costco to purchase large quantities of quality food to prepare for the guests. Costco is worth the membership fee and always have good savings when travelling on an expense account. Not to mention the competitive gas prices Costco offers when I am travelling nationally. Will always go back for all my needs.

The times that I have order from Edible Arrangements have been wonderful. There is a misconception that they only have fruit products, when in fact they offer much more. The variety of products are great for anyone, from healthy fruits to sweet cookies and chocolate dipped strawberries if you're feeling romantic. I would recommend Edible Arrangements for anyone who would like to make a nice gesture to colleagues, family or loved ones.

Needs to improve: I understand that Edible Arrangements is a service but seems a little overpriced for me. If I wanna add something it seems to be way more expensive than usual.

I've depended on Kay for cleaning products for a very long time, industrial degreaser, sanitiser and stainless steel cleaner. It is the number one product we use to clean the restroom and such.

I fly with Alaska Airlines for business when I can. I fly all over the country for work and have flown many airlines, none compare to them. Every time I fly it is the most comfortable, accommodating experience which helps me ease tension while I work on my laptop.

Verizon is such a good telecommunication company. I use Verizon for my business and for personal uses as well. I travel all over the country and I really depend on their network that covers most of the country. I haven't been to a place during my business travels where I didn't have service.

Needs to improve: Verizon is the only company that is not very lenient.

Corel is very easy to use. I use Corel to edit the professional photos taken for our catalogue, not being very good with photo editing, Corel makes it easy and my images look amazing. I've tried other but they were too complicated.

Needs to improve: The one thing that makes it a little uneasy to use is the speed, the software seems to be very slow. I would try and navigate around the image I am editing and it just moves so slow.

Logitech has helped me personally by making a wireless mouse that is very comfortable for my hand, since I have a weakened bone in my hand from being broken. This mouse has made my work much easier and I will stick by this brand.

Needs to improve: Sometimes it seems that Logitech products are cheaply assembled. They aren't that durable and don't really survive a fall off of a desk.

Again quality, quality product everytime, all the time. Other products don't measure up to 3M products, I have purchase some other brands before, they were either too stick and left residue, or wasn't sticky enough (i.e. hanging adhesive, lint roller)

Strengths: 3M products are the best for offices, schools, you name it. They continue to provide quality product that never seems to fail. it is one of those name brands you want and only want, even down to the lint rollers because I have a dog and must keep my suits hair-free.

Needs to improve: 3M does not need to improve much except for marketing. I understand the brand is well known but I do say they gotta work a little harder on their marketing.

Now what business can function without Microsoft products? Microsoft keeps my business running along with the other businesses I work with. Don't mind paying for this great service.

Needs to improve: A little too basic when it comes to interface

Starbucks products are the only one that I provide during meetings, afternoon tea and during the work day.

Needs to improve: There seems to be inconsistency with customer service, friendly in some place and not so friendly in other. As a corporation it is necessary to have customer service standards that are consistent no matter where the location of the franchise.

Vista Print provides great product and service. My business cards look very professional everytime.

Overall very good, I would need last minute supplies to build displays for trade shows and Home Depot always has what I need.

Needs to improve: Even though Home Depot provides great service, only when I am able to find an employee. I understand that it is a big store but I can never seem to find someone to help me.

I will always use UPS, they can pick up anywhere, send anywhere and now my company has actually chosen them as our preferred shipping company.

Needs to improve: The only thing I would suggest is to inform each delivery employee to place packages in a more orthodox location. I've found my packages in weird places before around my house even though they had no special comments.

FedEx just seems to me like a company I would use as a last resort, I don't depending on them often

Strengths: -many locations when I need a last minute ship, print or supplies

Needs to improve: FedEx needs to adjust their prices for what they are actually offering. I once paid over $200 to have important documents sent only to arrive late compared to when I used USPS and arrived before the deadline. Customer service also seems to be lacking with FedEx.

I will still use DHL but not as often. I can never have one smooth transaction or delivery with them.

Strengths: -speedy delivery

Needs to improve: DHL offers very quick courier service, but every time my company uses them there always seems to be a problem. I don't know if they lose the necessary documents I sent them to be used for my shipment. This actually happened yesterday, my package is finally being shipped after a delay of a week.

Adobe continues to provide great product that make my job easier and professional. I use it to make documents for everything, invoices, contracts and more.

Needs to improve: I've been using Adobe products for a while and it seems that they do no disappoint. There isn't anything I can suggest for them to do better.

Apple continues to offer great products and services. Customer service is always great and knowledgeable. Apple seems to never fail when it comes to products and communications.

Needs to improve: I love Apple products, almost anyone can use them making them a top choice for corporate phones. I myself use it in my business and recommend. One thing that I have noticed with the product is that it is so fragile, too fragile, even with a protective case. I recommend that Apple use a more durable glass or plastic for their products.
