Good service. Also helped with training new employees on servicing products.

Strengths: Pumps are what we use. They are very good at what they do. We very rarely have a failure. They only come back for servicing.

Needs to improve: Small company so they are a little pricy.

Good personal service. Offers so many styles and sizes, to choose from.

Strengths: A lot of stock boxes, with protective packaging. Great for little fragile components, and for heavy power supplies.

Strengths: Powerful little hand tools. We recieved about 6 of the small screwdrivers the other day. Very handy, came with 2 batteries each, in it's own case. Very durable.

Strengths: The boots are good quality. They measure your feet for insoles, to make them a little more custom fit. They have a variety of styles.

Strengths: We have quite a few gauges, used to measure pressure and vacuum. Very accurate, have protective covers to keep them from breaking, easy to change out batteries, very handy.

Needs to improve: I just wish they hadn't done away with some of the older digital gauges, they are still needed for certain tests.
