Our experience with Cisco Systems has been unbelievably positive. Our account representative was always attentive to our needs and provided accurate quotes for us. The products we purchased were delivered on time and packaged neatly and safely. Customer service was excellent when there was issues with any of our products. Technicians were able to remote into our systems and assist us with fixing the issue. We are grateful that we chose Cisco Systems.
Strengths: Cisco's strength is producing products that are much better than the others. We have a variety of Cisco products we purchase such as wireless routers, enterprise core switches, and their phone system. All of the products we use are highly recommended as they have proven to hardly ever fail. Cisco's support is also one of their biggest strengths as they are highly skilled and knowledgeable in their products.
Needs to improve: Price can be considerably higher than other competitors.
I primarily used Cisco's WebEx service to sell software. This required hosting conference calls and online demonstrations with the WebEx system. I found Cisco's WebEx service to be quite frustrating and NOT easy to use. The access information was complicated and not ideal to share with a potential client. Also, the service often dropped. Perhaps this service has changed since I used it, but I wouldn't be wiling to give it a second try.
Strengths: Large company that is able to offer flexible pricing.
Needs to improve: WebEx service is not comparable to its competitors.

We have clients and vendors all over the world and realistically we can't go see them at a moments notice. We like to be proactive and be in touch before anything negative can happen. To have such an open line of communication with clients and vendors can be a difficult task. Luckily we have Cisco software on our computers. They are the industry standard when it comes to video conferencing. With their handiwork we are able to stay in touch with those important to us, to show them that we are there and will support them in whatever they need. Cisco helped us create a good working environment with all of our vendors and clients.

We recently moved to a VOIP phone system to integrate and update our copper line phones. Cisco got the contract and we have been very happy with the results. The phones have decent sound quality and great features, including video conferencing. Nice displays and we are happy with all the customizable features we can do with the phones.
Strengths: Decent VOIP phones and seem to be very feature filled. Include video phones when in network. Decent sound quality. Intuitive buttons and features. Scalable and customizable. Can spec multiple lines for voice mail and message delivery.
Needs to improve: Big company and can be hard to get reliable service. Not cheap. Service contracts must be factored into the bid.

We purchase many of Cisco's computer and telephone products as they are the highest of quality and come at the best of prices. Whenever we go through Cisco, the customer service is the absolute best, as they help you through the order process and make a incredibly easy and straightforward process. Their order is already relatively easy to use, and along with their customer service it gets even easier. I highly recommend them for computer peripherals as well as telephony and electrical components.
Strengths: We purchase Cisco's computer peripherals, electrical products as well as telephone/telephony products due to the quality and low price.

We have purchased many time, video conferencing items and internet items through Cisco. They have the absolute fastest and most high quality items out on the market. They all come at excellent prices as they are best on the line. They also have customer service, and really do help you out along with every aspect of the purchasing prices. They also will easily and invitingly make a custom product for you. I highly recommend them as a vendor of internet and video messaging systems.

We use WebEX for clinical procedure meetings with the clinical sites staff, engineers, and other staff. It is really nice that you can call in or login. We share desktops so we can see pictures, charts, and other documents.
When we first started using WebEX it was little confusing on how to switch desktop controls and things like that.
Overall a very good tool.
Strengths: Customer service is good. Convenient tool for collaboration with off-site people. Nice to be able to share desktops.
Needs to improve: Occasionally goes down. Not the easiest to use when you first start using the application.

Strengths: We switched over to Cisco phones some time ago, and we are very pleased with our choice. They are used as desktop phones and cellphones that the staff use. They are good quality, durable, and they work well, no matter where in the facility they're used at. We were able to purchase them for a good price, and in a large quantity. Buying from Cisco Systems was a good choice for us.

We upgraded out office phones to Cisco phones and they have been great. Most of our employees love them and is a huge upgrade verus what we had. These phones are up to date and is VOIP. The menu system is easy to use and has all the features we need in this day in age.
Strengths: Hi Tech enterprise phones. Good customer service.
Needs to improve: competitors are cheaper than Cisco phones but their phones are not as good as Cisco's

We use Cisco products to distribute internet to the whole company. Their servers and routers are extremely reliable and easy to set up. Cisco products are a vital part of our business and I highly recomend their networking products.

When running a meeting or even just sitting in on one, you are able to do it anywhere anytime.

Being connected to an outsourcing IT company,we find out that CISCO validated designs for wired and wireless LANs that gives us all the right moves. A good video conferencing with our clients inside and outside the country helps our business boosted up. CISCO services and products is incomparable among others.

We have a massive network running through our building, and everyone has a Cisco phone. I think the ring is a little annoying, but it displays who's calling, if they're already part of a group, and allows muting on both ends. Dependable, and futuristic.
Strengths: Easy to read digital screen. Capable of large conference calls
Needs to improve: Takes a little practice to get used to the system.

We use Web ex which is a software provided by Cisco for our weekly meetings. We've been very happy with the service. It makes communicating with employees that can physically be in the office, that much easier.
Strengths: They provide exceptional software and service. They're world wide and stand behind their product
Needs to improve: none that i've noticed
We initially had Cisco phone systems in several of our offices. It turned out to be a nightmare. Customer service is pretty bad and it took forever to get things working properly. We've switched to another company for our phone systems.

We their telephone service whenever we are having a video conference call. Service is good and the phone quality is uncomparable. The routers is kinda tricky to operate though but it is not really an issue.

The IP phones are good. Easy to install and fit well within our infrastructure but when internet is unreliable, the call gets disconnected

Strengths: We use Cisco products for company internet connectivity. The routers are well made and written literature makes set-up easy and efficient. Cisco products make networking a breeze and we plan to continue to use their products in the future.
